Im very impressed with everyone and everything. From Dr Richardson to his wonderful hygienists to the ladies in the front.We are new to the State. Ive been dreading finding a new dentist for my son who has been needing some work done. They got us in quick because my son was in pain. Made a plan and was able to get some painful teeth pulled the next day. I feel very blessed to have found this team. They work very well together. They love what they do. They were very tender and sweet with my son which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go see Dr Richardson

Love Dr Richardson and his staff. Friendly warm professional and fun. My kids are not afraid of the dentist. You feel very informed and part of their treatment. Highly recommend if your child has sensory issues or anxiety.

I love taking my children to DR. Richardson because the environment is so welcoming. They always take great care of my kids and make them feel extremely calm before any procedure. My son recently had an appointment and Dr. Richardson called later that day to check in on him and tell my son how proud he was of him. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My son was a first time patient of Dr. Richardson. Dr. Richardson and staff are very very personable and friendly. However at my sons appointment the hygienist told me she saw a couple of questionable spots on his X-rays that she flagged for the Dr. to review. When the Dr. came into the room he proceeded to count 3 cavities. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from my long time family dentist. Not only did my dentists state my son had beautiful great teeth he also stated he had ZERO cavities As a another reviewer has also stated - This concerns me and I am left to wonder if they are fraudulently diagnosing children with cavities that dont exist and whether Dr. Richardson was planning to drill into perfectly healthy teeth. This is both disheartening and despicable. So while Dr. Richardson is both personable and friendly I would recommend a 2nd opinion if he says your child needs treatment. I couldnt agree more Sadly I wont be back. My neighbor also had the same experience. Beware

Great childrens dentist. Dr. Richardson is a reputable dentist with many years of experience. I take all of 4 of kids to his office. He does a great job and his staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend him for your kids dentistry needs.

My son is autistic and has been very fearful of dentists. Dr. Richardson and his entire staff made him feel really welcome and very comfortable. Go here if you want the best dental work for your kid. As the kid who was in the seat I can say that my experience with the dentist has been phenomenal. My husband has a fear of the dentist and I just couldnt understand why. The dentist was always fun to me because the friendly staff made me feel safe and the waiting room had so many good distractions for kids to not think about the appointment behind the door. Never had a bad experience here yall are awesome. thank you for always being great honest and integral doctors nurses and staff.

Excellent care each and every time. Weve raised our 4 kids under Dr Richardsons pediatric dentistry 5 star care for 18 years and counting. This office is simply the BEST.

We found Doctor Richardson last year when our son needed a crown on a tooth. The process of getting the tooth fixed was made easy by hes staff. He had hes crown put on and we have had no issues since. Today we went in for a six month check up and I was even more surprised by hes staff. Jessica did my sons cleaning and she put our son at ease right away and made the experience so much easier. I was nervous because our son is Autistic and has a bit of a speech delay and it was like Jessica knew just how to talk to him and explain everything in a way that he could understand. We have to travel a bit to the office in Corona as we live closer to Temecula but I will continue to make the trip because the care that is given there is great. Doctor Richardson is very polite and helpful always as well.

Dr. Richardson and the entire staff are amazing My son has visited other dentist offices and never liked going to the dentist because he has 2 cavities. When we came to our appointment I was terrified he would have more cavities. Dr. Richardson and the staff were gentle and informative to both my son 5 years and daughter 2 years check up.
