Pump It Up - Poway

Had a blast with my grandson . Went to a birthday party and all the kids had a wonderful time.

There will never be enough good things to say about Pump It Up Poway. Weve had many birthday parties here and attended open jump sessions. The inflatables are clean and so fun The owner is the nicest man and through all the years Ive been having parties here hes been nothing but helpful and kind. If I could give this place 100 stars in every area I would.

Bought my two kids ages 2 and 4 to play during their open play hours and it was perfect. Only 4 attractions to play on but its just enough for them to enjoy and let out their energy. Nice and clean and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Open play hours can be found on their website but we came from 1045 through 1205. Also found a good deal on Groupon to save a few extra bucks.

Was here for a family birthday party and it was fantastic Except for one major issue which I will leave until the end.The staff was amazing with kids and adults and kept everyone on a schedule and organized play time food time cake time and present time.They also recorded photos throughout ALL of the play time organized a group photo AND uploaded all of the photos to play on a reel on a television set up in the birthday party room so everyone could see their picture while they ate food and cake. This was a seriously good touch as it was nice to see the memories so quickly and it really kept the children amused while they ate.Last bit and only major negative the LACK of cool air conditioning was atrocious once the kids and adults got to playing.For whatever reason the play rooms get extremely hot even with the AC system perhaps because of all the blowing air coming out of the machines keeping the inflatables going all the time. Its only somewhat tolerable because its unlikely you will have to tolerate this too long given that the party is timed.Bring plenty of WATER a small towel for wiping sweat like at a gym not kidding spare socks and hand sanitizer Other than that would still highly recommend.

Super cool place to take the kids. Their inflatables are so cool I want to play on them. I wish it was a bit cooler in there but I guess with that many inflatables in one room its likely to get warm. We will definitely be going back

Holy cow this place is awesome for birthdays. Went today for one of my daughters friends and she had a blast. The staff are all really nice and helpful. And the place is tons of fun. I enjoyed watching my daughter and her friends play. Things to build things to climb on things to jump on things to slide down and even a place to play some T-Ball. Glad we got to go and enjoy this little hidden gem.

Im not sure if its the same company as the one in Chula Vista. This place is smaller but pretty clean Good customer service and not too strict. The bounce house looks well kept and it can also handle grown ups. It only has 2 rooms and timed as well.Good for parties since youll feel somewhat private and not too crowded.

Cool place for a kids birthday party Seems clean and well maintained. There was one of the inflatable bouncy castle that had a problem and started collapsing but the staff was on top of it in literally just a few seconds keeping kids away and cordoning it off. Also major kudos for the general attentiveness patience and pro demeanor of the staff in general working with kids all day cant be easy but they do a very good job. Would recommend for a fun time for pretty much any kids 10 or less.

Cool place for kids 34 tall or taller. Bring socks. There are several large bounce houses in two separate rooms. Some have obstacle courses with a large slide at the end. They play pop music in both rooms. They usually have some groupon. Its located in a business park south-east of Poway. There was plenty of parking on the weekend. They host birthday parties. A good place for younger kids 4-10ish.
