Called to have a Paperwork filled out. They said no issues. Went to appt. As soon as I sat down explained i wanted paperwork filled out. At end of session they said it took to much time and was too hard to fill out. Called and complained office manager said she fills it out so apparently they lied. Then she questions me like im a liar since the notes didnt say anything about paperwork. Scam!! God forbid someone suicidal connects with this deplorable agency. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This is what staff have to say: opportunity to consult about anyone or anything. My supervisor was the office manager with zero clinical skills nor insight! Finally got the owner's ear. but it was already too late. I advocated for the residents which I thought was my job! Most facilities didn't like that and therefore me! And who does the company go with?? The Cash $$$ The Money ! Certainly not the advocate
