Unorganized Im not sure whats going on with this place but not meeting my standards as a person with conditions that need to be treated in a timely manner

This hospital service is poor. The bill department can never be reached by phone call when you have an issue about bills.

Avoid. I came to get a blood test to find out my blood type they wanted to charge me 265 and said it could take up to three days. When I said I needed the results back sooner they told me I should try the red cross... Meanwhile I went to an out of network clinic and they charged me 35 with results back the next day... Every time I visit I they overcharge me and dont treat me like a valued patient. The nurses are also unaware and unhelpful. Their customer service is basically nonexistent AND Im pretty sure they are a PRO-LIFE institute. They dont have their patients best interests at heart they just want

My grandmother went there for some blood work and her anxiety was through the roof and the phlebotomist name was Yavonne White was very professional. My granny is normally a hard stick but the young lady put her mind at ease and relaxed her for her blood draw. Will definitely go back for Yavonne only from now on

If you are looking for medical business that values your time I would recommend looking somewhere else. I took time off work and took an hour commute to see a doctor. After waiting for an hour in the doctors office who I never got to see I had to leave to go back to work. I understand doctors are busy but so are patients. Patients can be quite understanding if you communicate with them that the doctor is taking longer than expected. I look forward to this review getting an emotionless and empty robotic reply about how this business values patient feedback.

Ive been associated with this office since their old location in Westchester. They were better at Westchester. This location seems a little unorganized at times. Sometimes there is a wait. Since my old NP left some of my appointments have been canceled. Im not sure if there is a staff shortage but this never happened to me at Westchester. Most of the front desk associates are very helpful. Kelly is the BEST I recently had an appointment that I almost missed but she made sure I was able to be seen. 5 STARS for Kelly.

The staff is very eager to assist. Everyone was very welcoming and I say this as a new patient. I love that my entire family can be seen at this one facility from infant to teen to adult age. And Dr. Cale Franklin is excellent -- very knowledgeable and thoroughly engaged with his patients health concerns. Theres also a small pharmacy on the first floor. Its also nice to know theyll be moving further into Culver City this Summer so parking will be a breeze .. overall great first vists thus far
