Terrible experience. We had our BCBA evaluation done in early October. The BCBA was great but the coordinator was entirely uncommunicative. Then the coordinator changed with no warning and we were told by the new coordinator that they had found a technician to match our schedule FINALLY after almost two months. We were told she would be starting on Monday. I reached out again to confirm and the coordinator said that technician no longer had availability and asked if I would be ok with a temporary technician who could come for just one week starting at 5 or 6pm at night. Our son is 3 years old Then all of a sudden that technician no longer had availability. Long story short we paid 250 for a BCBA evaluation that led to NO SERVICES. This company is understaffed does not communicate and scams you to get their money upfront - STAY AWAY.

I have worked with Proud Moments ABA as a RBT I genuinely enjoyed working with them the entire team are amazing I was genuinely happy working here. All the BCBAs I have worked with are noting but amazing and wonderful even the families were great.

Beware this is a scam. Try finding proven agency.I am talking about Clifton office.This is ridiculous to ask for 1100 for an hour while they have nothing to offer. They are absolutely unexperienced and unprofessional supervisors and technicians. It is scary to let them work with the child without parents supervision as they have no idea how to work with special needs child. I am glad we stopped their service right away as we do not want our child to be a guinea pig for them.We as parents gave them more real life info than they know..
