About Project Sunshine
Project Sunshine’s TelePlay program provides free, interactive, developmentally-appropriate sessions for kids (ages 5-18) facing any health challenge (behavioral or physical), and all activities are adapted and developed by child life specialists. “TelePlay” connects kids and families (siblings and caregivers are always invited!) to trained volunteers to engage in games and activities together over a HIPAA-compliant zoom platform. Our volunteers are not only caring, compassionate adults, but they are specifically trained to adapt the programs to the abilities and interests of the kids joining.
