This was my second visit to this facility for PT. I had a successful treatment the first time so when I suffered a strange injury I told my doctor that I wanted to return here for my PT. It is just the right size clean well laid out with just a few Physical Therapists. Depending on your schedule and theirs you may see more than one during your visits. It is important to mention Anne the kind and friendly woman who greets you each time helps you set up your schedule and makes changes if you need them and handles the insurance with each company.Dan Thomas was my therapist this time. He arranged my healing treatment for this injury. Various exercises including stretching and massage are assigned in increments since the injury requires a slow process to progress. Dan showed compassion for my pain and kindly assured me that he could help me heal with the treatment he planned. He told me each time when he planned to add something new and showed me how to do each exercise. Even when I saw another therapist Brian and Jon are also friendly caring and explain well they were following the plan that Dan had planned. Though the exercises are initially difficult and each new one requires new learning I worked hard because I wanted to heal and I could see and feel progress. each time I went. I did heal wellDan gave me copies of exercises I could and should continue at home because they didnt require any of the stationary equipment there but just body weight dumbbells or stretch bands. It is important and helpful to continue the process at home so the strength built at PT keeps the healing you worked for stays strong. If you need PT I highly recommend this place and these kind compassionate and healing therapists

I tore my ACLMCL and just started therapy pre-surgery. All the therapists have been great - patient and willing to explain issues with my knee plus flexible with the exercises when needed

Sad your response is issues with workmans comp. My PT was denied based on your staff. I know its easier to try and save face but I have the documents...

Have work related injuries that required surgery. Workmans comp delayed my recovery therapy by 2 months. Became a patient of this facility for recovery. It has been my experience they either get kickbacks from workmans comp or only care about their patients progression as a reflection of their reputation. Multiple times by staff I have benn told Im not making much progress in their view. They verbally would keep questioning my responses as if they were in disbelief. I would get asked several times how my Dr. felt about my poor progression their point of view only in disbelief when I would relay my Dr. is happy with my progress. He stated with recovery from my extensive injuries and delay from workmans comp in receiving immediate PT after surgery. I was in fact in line or ahead of schedule. Again I was questioned as if I were lying to them. I told my Dr. and he stated the can contact me directly if they have any questions. Now why the poor review you ask Well I have been waiting to go back to therapy for over 2 weeks not understanding why workmans comp hasnt approved yet. I received a letter in the mail today from workmans comp stating they are denying my therapy based on Professional PTs coordinator Dan Thomas discussion about my slow progression. Now Im without therapy and progress. This is not caring about your patients but your own ego...they couldve called my Dr. And he wouldve clarified everything but no they cared only of their own reputation. Going by a generic guideline of where someone with injuries simular to mine should be at a point in time. This doesnt reflect an individuals progress given multiple injuries other health complications or the lack of initial treatment. Now I have to appeal the denial which could take an unreasonable amount of time. Who suffers now Who now falls behind on their recovery The patient Only reason I can figure it must reflect bad on them based on a generic paper that tells them where my progress should be...not individual circumstances. Really disappointed.

I recently completed a series of physical therapy appointments at Professional Physical Therapy in Stratham NH. I was very happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff. Dan Thomas diagnosed the problem with my left knee and set up a series of in house and at home exercises to strengthen the affected area. My knee is significantly improved and am able to participate in activities that I enjoy. I would recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Stratham NH. to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Ive turned to Professional Physical therapy each time Ive had post surgery or post injury PT prescribed by my orthopedic MDs. Ive found that Dan Thomas who always took my case was very effective in prescribing monitoring andor administering my physical therapy treatment from original assessment through to releasing me to continue self performed exercises at home. All of this is done in a positve friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy as a source to get the necessary therapy treatment. The staff is outstanding and care about you and your well-being. If you have any concerns they are willing to address them on the spot. Dan was so helpful in my recovery with suggestions therapy to do at home and to follow up if I needed additional therapy. I cant say enough about each staff member from the time you enter until you leave you are made to feel welcome.

After arriving at the Stratham clinic in moderate pain from sciatica Dan the PT took me in right away for my evaluation. The exam was very thorough and very informative. Felt at ease and Dan explained why and what was happening in my back which helped me understand completely and what to expect in the future. I never felt rushed and actually reduced my discomfort by 75 by the end of the treatment. It didnt stop there as Dan followed up with phone calls for updates on my condition. I feel Dan and the clinic went above and beyond as far as customer service and professionalism throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this group of clinics for your healthcare needs. Nothing can replace the experience of seeing a healthcare professional in person to help you through a trying time with your health..nothing.

I have nothing but praise for Professional Physical Therapy of Stratham N.H. All their therapists are professional and caring individuals. Interested in you as an individual and really get to know you as a person and your lifestyle. I went there after a total right knee replacement in June of this year. Today Im in the woods hunting Just 3 months after surgery I still have a ways to go as it takes almost a full yr to be 100. But the rest is up to me to be active and perform the proper exercises that they set me up with. And they are there for me if I need them for anything. You cant go wrong with these people
