This office is unorganized and rude. I leave voicemails and no response. They overbook. The doctor is always late. I told the office I left a VM and could hear staff through the phone asking did she actually leave a voicemail. Dr. Sahgal gave me a 3 week sample of an antipsychotic and when I asked the staff if it would be refilled because withdrawals are never fun they said I would need to wait 3 weeks for an appointment although I had been seen 2 weeks prior.I called messaged sahgals emergency pager and never heard back. This office left me feeling unsupported during times of mental health crisis and led me to have to advocate for myself and seek more attentive professionals.

This doctor spends 3 minutes with her patients via computer and charges 150. How can this be an adequate evaluation Office staff is curt and needs multiple contacts to get prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy. There are better providers in the area.

If I could give a zero I would give zero. I cant believe the experience I had Beyond Belief I had a 900 am appointment. I was in the office And at the counter at 901. I told The woman at the counter I needed to be done by 930 because I had people coming to my house at 10.I saw the doctor walkin the office at 918 AM. I walked up to the counter and asked if I was going to be seen first There was another man in the office whos appointment was at 915 I asked him He arrived before 900 for a 915 appointment.The woman at the counter said he would be seen first. I said thats not right I was here on time for my appointment. She said while he was here first. I said then whats the point of making an appointment She said there really isnt its first come first serveI told her to ask the doctor. When she returned the front desk person said that the Dr would see him first.If I had been told that it is a first come first serve basis then I can understand taking whomever is first.PLEASE BELIEVE the reviews that have come before mineThe negative reviews are TRUE. I was supposed to see the doctor two months ago and she canceled last minute.I figured if Im on time for my appointment I should be seen at my appointment time. It is incredibly disrespectful to be late for an appointment. I understand with doctors there are emergencies and certain circumstances beyond their control but this was not one of them.I am going to drop off a bill for my time because my time is money

This doctor cares only about making as much money as she can by booking more patients than she can see and then drugging them up so they will wait for her because she has 20 people waiting in the waiting room and you will not be next. Wait time is a minimum of one hour regularly so learn how to book for itnot overbook or work more hours you greedy greedy lady. The only people putting up with this have likely been patients before she got busy and she just keeps them half conscious so they dont mind waiting over an hour every time. Get some self respect Doc. This is no way to treat people especially people who need help. If one is running late it is customary to acknowledge it and apologize. Ill be filing complaints with the insurance commissioner if anything is billed since I was never seen and hope you staff figured out how to use the credit card machine to refund me.

Ive only ever had a significant wait once. The Dr has been very kind and keeps sessions concise and on-track while still addressing any random concerns I have.Front staff have also been very nice although sometimes they feel rushed Im wondering if the negative reviews have any connection to that.Overall good experience over the past year-ish

Thete has never been a provider who has helped me as her. Good Psychiatrists are very hard to come by. She often runs behind because when blended she will spend more time with you. I find the staff very nice as well.

Ive been coming to Dr. Saghal for many years. She is the best psychiatrist I have ever been to. She listens to your concerns needs and has been able to prescribed me medication that really has helped me live my best life.

A pill mill- Frequently wait well over an hour past your appointment time. 15 people in the waiting room lucky if you see her 10 minutes.. Heres our experience re Dr. Sahgals method of assemssement for a teen On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your anxiety On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your depression Ok here you go... Script for pills..come back in 3 weeks... NEXT When I as the parent questioned her abrupt superficial methods she was put off saying a lot goes into diagnosis it takes 10 years to be able to assess people quickly. Highly insulting... Highly undesirable practitioner.

Always at least an hour wait. The dr isnt bad when you finally get in to her office but scheduling is a nightmare because you will be waiting.

My friend says Dr. Sahgal is pretty good at her diagnosis and treatment its the first combination that worked in years.However the office staff are the rudest unapologetically unkind people ever. Appointments are usually cancelled on the day of the appointment and even if theyre not Dr. Sahgal usually isnt there anyway. The wait times are always 1 hour and the staff just says to sit down without offering an apology or explanation because its normal for them. I thought it was just a busy office but they confirmed their terrible attitude today heard them cheering saying Thats the last one we made it through another day. And when my friend went to confirm her next appointment the receptionists smile disappeared and gave her attitude ending with a kthxbai.Dont come here if you want face to face contact with the doctor prompt responses on time uncancelled appointments and friendly staff.
