Beaming Review

TL/DR. It’s sad because they staffed many great folks. Reasonable plans were made but not fully executed; rather, most time was spent formulating/changing plans, or building rapport with new staff. That’s all we’re willing to say; I’m personally afraid of the company/traumatized by the experience. I’d say complex or refractory cases w/significant team collaboration needs: consider other options, or know at least in our case, we were confidently presented several plans, but ultimately were failed/harmed spectacularly. Some issues were understandable so long as resolved/staff attitude wasn’t present. Perhaps what happened to us is rare, because if not I don’t know how they remain in business other than that theirs is a captive clientele base, desperate to help their kids. ABA has long waitlists, which can lead to provider/managers viewing clients as replaceable. It’s a provider’s market. Unfortunately, quality healthcare doesn’t work that way; grave harm was done. We wish staff well.
