One of the oldest agencies so you can almost bet they know how to get around the audits. As a former employee I can reassure you the ethics practice here or non the less unethical do not get me wrong nothing is perfect but as far as reassuring staff is paid cases are secured and analyst doing there job. I have lost several cases due to analyst not doing their job and and reassuring that the consumers are content with the service. They do have awesome perks but they have grown to big to actually focus on taking care of people. All of these agencies goals are to solely make money they lost their moral compass but in reality we all are just trying to survive RIGHT

I have worked with this company for a little over a year now and back in 2016 or so. This was the first company that opened its doors to train me teacher me and give me all the tools I needed to become a Behavior analyst.Currently Im a BCBA and Im grateful to work for such a great company available all throughout the USA aside from relocation opportunities adjusting to my needs and bonuses available this is a company that cares about your growth as a professional and will guide you to be as competent and successful as you can beI truly recommend this company to my fellow analysts RBTs and to the families we serve.
