Physicians Immediate Care - Park Ridge

I needed to find health care quick fast and in a hurry as my daughter started to show flu-like symptoms. I made my appointment online and registered. We arrived about 5 minutes prior to our appointment checked in with the office attendant who confirmed our information and right on time we were called to get checked. The nurse practitioner was so sweet and patient with my daughter who was not only very sick but nervous and worried about what procedures would take place. The nurse reassured her that everything would be okay and that she would let her know all the steps and guide her through any procedures before doing them. My daughter was calm during all the proceduresswabbing thanks to the nurse.

I was denied service today when I took my daughter to be seen for possible broken fingers. I had an appointment already made. Yet the woman at the front desk said my daughter couldnt be seen because I didnt have my daughters medical ID card. She also said I couldnt provide it later. Mind you this was urgent and unexpected but now after looking thru their website I saw there was an out-of- pocket service that I was not offered. And had no problem paying it. But I was simply told I couldnt be seen without it. This was my first and last time visiting physicians emergency care. I have now gone thru the 1star reviews and have a feeling this was racial. Front desk had an attitude since she first saw us. I will be looking into making a civil rights complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services for discrimination. I have also sent an email to physicians emergency care on their provided email.

We have never been to an urgent care before and were pleasantly surprised. The PA Nicholas was quick kind and very informative We were in and out in under an hour Glad to know this great place is right in our backyard

I appreciate how nice the other staff were when I came in. I literally got in and out within 3040 minutes which was great Highly recommend this place my experience was nothing but great even when i wasnt feeling so great haha

Came in Saturday morning after having chills overnight and lingering cough and head congestion knowing I was going to need some sort of antibiotic possibly. Was prescribed amoxicillin started taking immediately noticing the congestion starting to break up then woke up Monday morning with diarrhea and my tongue broke out with sores a quick Google search online says it could be a possible reaction to amoxicillin. Called immediate care back They said to come in right away and tried to get me to charge another appointment which is 150 out of pocket every time One would think if somebody was having a reaction to a drug they prescribed would work with that customer to correct any issues that may arise from taking said drugLost my business

Great Service from Start to Finish. Pam at the front desk very welcoming Anna taking all my vitals health informationand explaining in detail the tests I was going to have and than Sara very thorough in her exam going over my test results and offering lots of information and solutions for home care and expedite my recovery time. Very professional and clean clinic. Its worth the wait

I came in with the normal viral symptoms of a cough and cold- appropriate for the season. I was greeted with a smile and kindness upon check-in. I did not have to wait very long. Once I was in the room the PCT was very professional and courteous. She jotted down all my symptoms and took the appropriate cultures. After cultures came back-negative- the NP addressed my issues and concerns. She took the time to counsel me with alternatives to my issues as Ive been rundown from dealing with my critically ill father. It took nothing but a few kind words a simple gesture of compassion and empathy to leave an exemplary review. Thank you to all of you for your support.

I took my three-year-old daughter here late on a Saturday evening. The receptionist nurses and doctors were incredibly kind. They were great with my daughter and put her at ease. They listened to our concerns with compassion and were very helpful.

My son got really sick overnight and I was able to book an appointment at 10 pm on Saturday night for the very next morning on a Sunday Check in was easy and quick. The service was fast everyone was super kind and we loved the provider We would absolutely come here anytime. Our kids need immediate care and cant see their doctor.

This was my first time going here. I had to go here to have my ears cleaned since my problem had gotten worse over the last few days and I couldnt wait any longer to have this done. I didnt know what to expect so I was pretty nervous about the procedure since I never had water irrigation used in my ears before. Vacuum suction was always used in the past at my ENT. Well the procedure went fine. No problems at all. I was very impressed and happy with how the water irrigation worked for my ears and Im very happy with how I was treated and how they took the time to talk to me. Highly recommended The only thing that needs improvement is signing in when you first get there. I dont know if its the internet or the website but it freezes up a lot especially when you get to the section to upload your ID and insurance. I had to start over several times before it went through. Other than that this place is great and so are the people who work thereI do not see any way to reply back to the owner who responded to me about posting my review on the website.
