Of all my years using urgent care the women at this location were top notch. They all were so friendly and helpful. I went in feeling pretty miserable turned out pneumonia and they were so caring. They knew I didnt feel well and promised to do what they could to help me start feeling better. I would definitely go back to that team. Great job ladies. You can use this on your website.

Every personnel at this specific facility was professional. From the front desk personnel to the assistants and the physician. Even though I went in for not feeling well at all Joanna was very helpful knowledgeable and definitely made me feel at ease. Everyone wore mask and I cannot stress how professional everyone was. I hope not to see any of them again because this would only implying me being sick but if I do I would look forward to it because I know I will be takin good care of 5 stars to the building as a whole.

Went to this location due to chest congestion. Its been 24 hours and they still have not been able to give me an answer on where a missing inhaler is from my perceptions. Ive called 3 times with a gap of 3-4 hours between each call and still nothing. Completely unacceptable.

The place itself says immediate care... I came here 2 times. 1st time I was in moderate pain and waited for 35 minutes. There was only 1 person ahead of me. I left after 35 minutes without been seen because I was restless. The person ahead of me was still waiting. 2nd time I got my daughter here on a Sunday and its already 2 hours from waiting room to the patient room. Dr has still not seen us. Going to avoid this at all costs and explore another urgent care if future. They should get more staff or giving approximate timings to be seen for being more efficient.

It was my first time to an Urgen Care facility. This was the best experience ive ever had at any doctors office. The receptionist greated me warmly and helped me get checked in. The wait was not bad as a walk in and i was informed of it before check in. Once the nurse took me back she was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean and has enough parking. The doctor who was Paola was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns as I had just came from an ER who dismissed me it made me feel cared for. Nothing but positive thoughts about this place. This review may be used

Im sure my rating will change this place sees its ups and downs first time there was great second time they kinda just shrugged me off and for some reason made me leave through a side emergency exit Was weird... But this last visit was 100 perfect no issues great Dr. And Great experience. The person who was in there before the Dr freaked me out a bit thought when they were not bothered by a inaccurate blood pressure reading but whatever no ones perfect. I even got to watch a customer freaking out at the employee at the front desk and the employee took it like a professional even though you would tell they were frustrated.Until next visit Enjoy the 5 stars.Edit as responseIm not sure how else to respond but you can use my review but please only use my initials KS

Avoid if you are in immediate need of medical care - UnderstaffedThe provider Lavinia was real good Dr and handling all the patients single handedly. Showed compassion as well as care needed. The front desk was rude and grumpy. She needs to handle things well.I spent 4 hours and out of that 3.5 hours was just waiting and killing time either at the waiting lobby or in-patient room.I would say take lesser appointments if you are understaffed or show case realistic wait times.

I did a virtual doctor visit in the office because they did not have a doctor available that day. I was very skeptical at first but the nurse checked my ears throat and nose with a tool that was attached to a web camera so the doctor can see inside virtually. I could see what the doctor was seeing on the screen and she was in an entirely different state The nurse also had a tool attached to the stethoscope in which the doctor can hear my lungs through her headphones. Im still amazed Times have definitely changed and what seemed weird at first turned out great. I didnt have time to look around for another urgent care and took my chance with the virtual visit. Im still so impressed and happy I stayed to experience it.

EDIT Yes you can use it on the websiteFriendly helpful and thorough The staffs demeanor made me feel welcome and less anxious about why I was visiting. The physicians assistant heard me out and properly checked my concerns. When it came down to a diagnosis from the physician she did her own check and was very clear in explaining her diagnosis and made sure to print out symptoms to look out for along with potential ENTs I could look into with my primary.Overall seemed like a caring well practiced facility

Frequently Asked Questions
Your pediatrician might be able to administer screenings, but most general doctors are not trained to formally diagnose autism. They might refer you to a qualified diagnostic clinician which include:
Developmental Pediatricians
Child Psychologists
Child Psychiatrists
Pediatric Neurologists
Pediatric Neuropsychologists
Your experience might look different depending on the type of clinician you choose. Many families prefer working with developmental pediatricians. Others might work with a psychiatrist or another specialist to get a different perspective.
A formal ASD diagnosis, or a medical diagnosis, helps you get the support your family needs, especially within the context of accessing medically necessary therapies and services.
Insurance Coverage for Therapies: Medically necessary therapies for ASD are often covered by insurance including, but not limited to, speech therapy, ABA therapy, and occupational therapy.
Financial Support: A diagnosis is required when applying for social security or disability benefits.
Plan for Care: A diagnosis helps identify your child’s support needs. For example, your child might need to develop social communication and self-regulation skills.
Future Research: The more data we gather through evaluations, the more we can improve services for autistic children and adults.
The occupational therapy process includes an OT evaluation before care starts. Here are the four steps your family can expect when starting occupational therapy:
Complete OT evaluation. An occupational therapist first identifies your child’s strengths and needs through a thorough OT evaluation, also known as an OT assessment or screening. You’ll answer questions about your child’s skills, and your child will most likely demonstrate their skills via hands-on activities with the therapist. Evaluations can last 30 minutes to a few hours.
Approve OT plan. The therapist develops a care plan with individualized goals and customized interventions based on your child’s needs. You can also share any specific goals or concerns before approving the OT plan.
Start therapy sessions. The therapist works directly with your child and your family, using various strategies and exercises to systematically improve areas of limitations and to build upon a child’s strengths. Some exercises your child might participate in are animal walks, obstacle courses, and therapy swing activities. Your family may learn strategies for supporting your child’s individualized needs at home, such as ways of supporting emotional regulation and sensory processing. The therapist may also recommend tools and techniques to use at home, in the community, or in the classroom to help your child succeed.
Monitor your child’s progress. Parents and caregivers can expect ongoing progress monitoring and communication to ensure the child is achieving their short and long-term goals.
Occupational therapy can also be provided virtually via telemedicine. Virtual therapy is a great option for families in rural areas who may not have access to in-person services, or for families who prefer to have therapy in their child’s home.
Virtual OT allows the opportunity for increased caregiver participation and understanding of a child’s strengths, areas of improvement, and generalization of skills in the child’s home environment. Virtual therapy also provides increased opportunities for caregiver and family education to support the child and the family based on each family’s needs.
Once you find a quality physical therapist you want to work with, here are a few things you need to know:
There will be an evaluation. First, you can expect an assessment to identify your child’s areas of strength and needs. A physical therapy evaluation usually lasts 30 minutes.
You’ll review and approve the care plan. The physical therapist will create a care plan, also known as a plan of care (POC), outlining the goals and strategies. They will review this with you and your care team before moving forward with therapy sessions.
Physical therapy sessions will be fun. PT with children is designed to be enjoyable. The therapist will use strategies and exercises based on your child’s needs. Exercises might involve playing on large stability balls, obstacle courses, movement equipment, stretches, and other hands-on activities.
Expect home exercises. Physical therapists commonly assign exercises to work on at home. Doing these exercises with your child outside therapy sessions can improve your child’s overall progress.
Yes! Most providers offer physical therapy in their offices or a clinical setting, but many are offering at-home options. Virtual options have become more popular in recent years. You might facilitate care with the guidance of the physical therapist.
Pediatric physical therapy is considered safe and should not hurt. Autistic children spend their time in PT moving and exploring their environment. If you are concerned about your child experiencing pain during certain exercises, especially if they may struggle to communicate and advocate for modifications, speak with their physical therapist about your concerns.
