I needed a quick physical check up to go back to work I didnt have an appointment and they quickly expedited the process. Very friendly relatable people working there from the receptionist to the doctor. Im glad I went there

This place is terrible. I got here before they opened at 8am so I wouldnt have to wait forever. They were late opening up the door then once I got inside I was told they would have to schedule an appointment for me to come back at 1030am because there was no provider available to do my physical. I came back for my appointment and now Ive been sitting here waiting for an hour.Im being told that the provider has to fill out paperwork for my appointment but Im quite sure it doesnt take over an HOUR or more to fill out information for a physical. Never heard of that. This is ridiculous.5 stars for the facility staff though. They were very kind and personable.

Reserved an appointment 1pm for an injury. Check in was a smooth process but the wait to get seen is just a little ridiculous. I get it that we are expected to have wait time but waiting to get inside to see someone took an hour and then waited in the room for another hour. We are still here waiting to be seen. How can your staff do better on these waiting times

Im on an HMO which apparently isnt accepted at many urgent care but this one does. Very easy to get registered the staff is friendly kind and efficient. The doctor was quite good about taking care of my wound. This is where I will go for urgent care if my clinic isnt available.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were great and I loved the assistances. Clean bright refreshing.Thank you for taking good care of me.

I went for lower back pain. The white lady Dr. She tilted the table downward about 4 to 5 steps to prove to herself that I was in pain. She declined the table and instead of tilting the table to an easy position she insisted to pull me up and watch as my back muscles shook in pain. The nurse that had checked my vitals had put the table at in incline to rest while I waited for the dr I dont understand why she couldnt be more gentle. After I was sitting she started to poke and even hit my back with a closed fist 3 times asking if that hurt of course it did I was at a 10 with pain. She said because I said it hurt I needed to take a pee test to make sure I was not bleeding I told her I had already peed before the visit no blood. I told her I didnt have pain in my legs nor blood in my urine yet she still hit me and asked for urine when I told her I only felt comfort laying down not standing nor sitting. Its like she doesnt listen to anything you tell her and makes her own assumptions. I had to go to my primary care dr because I was only given 3 days of medicine. My primary care dr. didnt have to hit me with a closed fist or tilt the table till it caused me pain. I seen the dr leave right after my visit if she was in a rush she should have let the other dr see me he was just talking to her making jokes outside the room didnt seem busy to me.

Brought my dad here today he had appointment at 845am come in and they told him they dont have a doctor. So why you had us digitally confirm if were coming. Click here that we are here to tell us we dont have a doctor. You wasted our time. Hate to think if you bring your kid and to hear that. I dont see the urgency in calling us to give us the courtesy call and let us know you dont have a doctor. Bad business practices. And no I wont call or email to discuss anything. You know what you did wrong. Fix your system. I said what I needed to say.

I went in for a d.o.t physical everyone was very courteous and friendly. In and out in about 45 minutes with no appointment. Shannon walked in treated me like she has been my Dr. for 30 years. Her personality and professionalism is unmatched. Ive already told my Trucking family about her and that facility. Will definitely be bk ...

UpdateAfter coming home from Illinois and a few days of her being in pain I visited my Dr here in Ohio and we had another X-ray done and they found that she indeed fractured her foot.We came in from a Regional Gymnastics competition.My daughter rolled her ankle badly at the meet and being from Ohio we were two States from home not knowing anything about the area. I googled walk ins.This particular medical facility did not have our insurance in their network. I was charged 165 for my visit. But our X-rays office visit crutches and Boot were all included. The Dr. told us she did not break her foot.The Doctor we had was absolutely phenomenal. She was great with Aliviah and made a bad situation better.The only thing I didnt understand was why it took so long to be called because we were the only ones in the waiting area for practically a half hour.But other than that this place was top notch

The process was seamless from check-in to diagnosis and recovery plan. The staff couldnt be nicer and their efficiency and skill were reassuring.The only aspect that caused me some frustration was the online check-in system the information I entered in the fields didnt take and kept kicking me back to the first page where I had to start over. I ended up checking in at the clinic but thats minor. The important thing is that the staff is very competent.
