I’m a Clinical Psychologist, the founder, and executive director of PCP, located in Philadelphia, PA. Therapy is a very unique space, and to be able to witness the vulnerability and the depth of conversation that are had in this space, is something I find very special and valuable, and it drives me to love this profession. My approach to psychotherapy is one that is quite flexible. I integrate different kinds of models and philosophies (psychodynamic, CBT, IFS, and ACT-based) in order to match your specific needs and personality style. I firmly believe that this way can leave more room to tailor the treatment in whatever way that feels relevant and helpful to you, and is not restricted by one particular model that must be adhered to. What is even more important than this, in my view, is building a strong therapeutic relationship. This is the only way to allow for a comfortable and a safe space that can be used to share deep conversations and to ultimately heal. My specialty is in complex trauma, anxiety, identity development, and mood disorders. I also work with folks who struggle with ADHD, relationships issues, and grief.
