Dr. Umeh is the sweetest and knowledgeable. Many have recommended me to her and I dont doubt that my baby girl will be in great hands going forward.

Answers our questions every time very informative doctor and staff as well. The process is quick from the beginning.

Although the staff is friendly it is small which means that you will have longer than normal wait times. Every time Ive come in for a scheduled appointment Im waiting AT LEAST an hour to be seen. Their excuse is that there is only one nurse. Ive been sitting in my car for almost an hour waiting to get a COVID test for my child so I figured I would leave a review to kill time. If you do not have patience or do not have the extra time to sit around waiting to be seen I would NOT recommend coming here.

We have been going here for a few years now and while the pediatricians themselves are usually helpful and nice the receptionist is the perpetual epitome of the exact opposite characteristics. She is unnecessarily abrasive and unhelpful to the point of utter rudeness.

Great facility with great doctor Vasanthy Raghavan. We have been visiting her since my son was 10 month old and he is now close to 3 years.

My mother took me here when I was about 15 or 16 years old and they gave me a questionnaire talking about mental illnesses I put I have harmed myself in the pass and was honest about how I was feeling well when the doctor eventually saw it she asked me if I was hearing voices to which I said no and then told me I NEED to go to a mental hospital or the police was going to arrest me I didnt remember the doctors name but she was Hispanic with a light skin tone had glasses puffy cheeks and old. She made me feel worse honestly and so did the hospital I went to.

We have been going to this practice for about 2 years now. Dr.Umeh is AMAZING The nurse at OBT is also amazing I always feel like Im being heard and listened too. Sometimes our wait time is a bit longer but they still take there time with us. Only negative at this location is it is a little older and can use a remodel other than that we cant complain.

This place is a joke. I went there for my kids appointment I had told them beforehand what type of insurance I had which is open access plus. For that type of insurance you dont need a referral. When I got there the receptionist told me I had to change my PCP to one of the drs there. I told her this was not necessary and she kept insisting it was their policy. Long story short I didnt need to make the change but her attitude and the fact that I felt uncomfortable during the whole process made me cancel my appointment. She could have just called when I told her the first time and we could have saved over 15 minutes of frustration. Never again.

Dont go to this place they dont care about your kid They are unprofessional place is nasty bunch of liyers animal clinic looks cleaner than theirs . Save yourself time dont go to this place . Your child deserves much better . Heres my experience first time I walked in they are doing covid testing and covid shots all sanitary is old and rusty dust everywhere we saw the doctor the first time she did a blood test for my 3 day old baby she was careless and they hold us for more than 40 min after that the doctor came she was showing interest but she hasnt done much she called us to make sure we schedule another appointment for the next week for which we went and they said that they didnt do the test at this location . Very disappointing and time waisting Very unprofessional .

Weve been going to this office since my grandchilds birth thats almost 7 years and we love it. Easily to schedule sick regular appointments its conveniently located the office is always nice clean with separate entrances for sick and healthy children. The staff is courteous and the doctors are amazing specially Dr. Cantilli Dr. Janarious and Dr. Rahgavhan. They take their time with each patient listen to your concerns as a parent and treat the patients accordingly with much care respect.
