Pediatrics of Central Florida - Kissimmee

I have been going to this practice since my daughter was born and they have always been absolutely amazing if I need an immediate appointment they are always willing to help squeeze her in either in office or telemedicine. All the physicians take their time and listen to my concerns and address it. Will recommend to everyone

Great pediatrics office We have been seeing Dr. Raghavan for the past three years for our kids. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is very patient and listens to all our concerns.

The doctors are really compassionate. However the nurse we dealt with yesterday needs to learn how to be compassionate about giving children shots. She made me basically pin my daughters Arms down for shots she even grabbed me and forced me to pin her arms. Before she was getting ready for the shots she didnt even give me time to try other ways she made it way more traumatizing than it should have been. I was trying to get my daughter to play on my phone while she got the shots but the nurse is like thats not going to work. My daughter wasnt even fighting the shots when she was getting them if anything she was hugging me cause the nurse scared her and me. Terrible etiquette. I asked other parents who go to other pediatricians if this was normal and they were all were shocked and said no. Usually two nurses are in the room and consoling the child. Horrible horrible.

Its incredible how poorly they work they dont communicate with the patients if you dont come to ask about the required exam they dont let you know if something is missing.

Very rude judgmental doesnt have the time or patience with children and truly doesnt listen to what the parents have to say all you get is judgmental looks and treated rudely I definitely will no longer be taking my kids to this office or any of their locations. They really need to train their doctors better on how to handle kids. And how to actually listen to the parent verses being judgmental and making the parent feel horrible. That includes the nurses too the whole staff is just unprofessional. Id give no stars if I could due to the fact that they do not even deserve a single one.

Dr Watane is the best of the best Our girls have seen her since birth. We trust her she listens and goes above and beyond for her patients. I hope my girls can see her when they are in their 20s lol

Dr.Umeh is AMAZING my family will go to which ever location she is at Always feel like we are being listened to and our concerns are important. The staff at this location is OK. The ladies upfront are always very helpful with all my questionsThe wait time at the location is usually higher as well and the wait area is a little smaller. Also this location is a little older and a remodel would do wonders to it
