While I give Betty C a 55...The nurses are 25. The front desk is 45 but the front desk is over worked and have to multi-task. So its not fair to her. They have a sign about labor shortages but that is not an excuse anymore. COVID is over.I have been semi lucky getting a sick visit. I know others not so much. However with the demand and amount of kids I hope they can ramp up more doctors.I had to wait over an hour 2 times for vaccine shots which is ridiculous when you were given an appointment time. Hats off to the receptionist who got on the nurses as to why it is taking so long.Nurses the low review is because when we call we have to speak to them. The answers we receive are usually Google responses which I already did or go to an urgent care or ER. I thought we are trying to keep kids out of the urgent cares and ER when it is not needed. That is my main reason for the ding. Otherwise they are 55 on patient interactions and giving shots. The 05 is phone response to medical issues after hours.Unfortunately there are not many pediatric options so you just have to deal with it.

Excellent care while my daughter Samantha was getting her 7th grade immunization. My daughter was made to feel at ease.

Pediatrics In Brevard has taken amazing care of my four children over The last 20 years. By our choice each child has had a different primary physician and I cant say enough good things about them all. It is remarkable that this organization has such a consistently high quality of care from all of their providers and staff over such a long period of time.I have seen firsthand how they prioritize patient care over profit and have gone the extra mile to get much-needed answers or taken extra time to really connect with my children. They are not just excellent professionals. They genuinely care.Truly the best in Brevard

Dr. Lee is amazing Im so happy shes our sons doctor. My son is 7 months old and wasnt a good sleeper at all up every hour or two since he was born. Dr. Lee spoke to me for almost an hour gave me amazing advice answered all my questions and reassured all my concerns. This was also a visit I made the day of. After the visit my son is now sleeping through the night for the past 5 nights. Dr. Lee is wonderful professional realistic thorough and empathetic towards the parents as well. I can not thank her enough.Dr. Cheney is also wonderful shes amazing with children and you can tell she loves what she does. Weve seen her twice for a visit and she is also my nieces doctor and she remembered who we were when we saw her around the office for a visit a few months later.Keep up the great work ladies

Friendly staff and a thorough DR but ridiculous wait times. Here for our two month appointment currently. Its been an incredible experience seeing our baby develop in the office while we wait. Currently waiting in a patient room for 60 minutes and have not seen the dr yet. This is the second time weve experienced this. My only regret is that I will miss her high school graduation as I will still be waiting in this office when it occurs.

Have availability for sick patient visits and even have a podcast where you can learn about different topics related to caring for your child

We always have a great experience with the medical staff at Pediatrics in Brevard and today was no exception. Nurse V took what could have been a stressful procedure and made it painless and stress free. Her kindness and cheerful disposition means so much to families when they are getting medical care for their children. I only recommend people to this group of pediatricians and am always pleased that they have been caring for our children from toddlers to teenagers. Thank you

Dr Lee is our favorite of all of them .. my son suffer from anxiety when it comes to vaccinations or clinical procedures shes so kind firm and patienceDr Tebbe was our initial pediatrician but was less prompt to accommodate a stressful situation. Overall theyre all very professional and attentive
