We love Ms. Lea She is very knowledgeable is a great listener and sympathetic and seems to genuinely care about your child. The office is always impeccable and the staff are always smiling and ready to help. The only thing we wish is that the wait would be shorter but we love this office so much that it more than makes up for it. Over all I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric office.

We have been seeing Dr. Kennedy for 5 years and he is fantastic but since the office moved to the Privia medical record software they claim I had a balance which was not a lot. I asked what the bill was for and could not get an answer from the staff. We just got a discharge letter telling us to find another doctor. After 5 years with Dr. Kennedy we get discharged over 127. I would be happy to pay it I just wanted to know what its for. I also wonder if Dr. Kennedy even knows his office management is discharging us. My review is only reflective of the office manager as Dr. Kennedys medical knowledge and bedside manner are terrific.

I know that many times people only review if they are upset with something so wanted to give our experience at this practice to balance out the perspective. We have been coming here since we moved to Florida 5 years ago and have had an overall great experience. Both my children really like their Dr. Leiba and we havent had any issues with appointments or billing. At times it is difficult to get a live person on the phone they do seem to have difficulty keeping enough office staff to man this busy facility but otherwise I have no complaints at all. My children originally had a different Dr. who later moved to a different practice and we also really liked that Dr. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a primary care pediatrician.

My family of five have been going there for the last 5 years and I am so grateful for Dr Pena and the other providers as well. Dr Pena takes the time to speak with the children one-on-one not rush through the appointment and does a very thorough job. My kids leave their appointments laughing and smiling and looking forward to the next time they go.

My kids were with DR Lieba for years absolute best doctor but he retired. So now we see Lea. She is also amazing Very patient kind and caring. Most of the staff members are very nice My only complaint is the wait times are a bit extreme and can be extremely long. Every single time I come for my kids were waiting sometimes up to 1.5 hours after our app time but other times we wait maybe 10-15 minutes.

Try to get a 5 minute appointment on the weekend for a child in pain and youll end up being told a nurse will call you back or put on hold indefinitely...

Dr. Mary W. Ulrich MD is the best Pediatrics Dr she is Always so compassionate and respectful with my twin boys and she always cares she is the only Dr who cares so much that she calls at home to ask how my boys are. I wish all the Dr were like her. The staff always are ready to help me no matter what.

I took my son to the pediatric ward around 900 am and Mrs. C front desk was rude and the only alternative she gave me was to leave or wait for the next day for a pediatrician to see him my son was having a clinical picture of asthma where their oxygenation has been compromised. His attitude was very disappointing she has not empathy or professionalism.

Ive been bringing my son to Dr. Ulrich for years. I love her outlook and I appreciate everything she does. My son gets excellent care.

Beyond upset We have been with peds for almost 9 years with Lea after a billing issue and an attempt to get it fixed on the insurance side as well we only received 1 phone call from the office telling us we had to get it fixed or we would have to pay. We just received a letter in the mail discharging us as patient over this bill Weve never had any balance or any type of issue like this and it happens once and they discharge us Unreal Mind you I have no issue paying it but wanted to get it fixed through insurance first if possible. Now my daughter has lost the only dr shes known her whole life over a small bill I wonder if these Drs even know what the practice managers are doing
