Pediatric Urgent Care For Kids in Plano

This place is gross...it was roach central USA. Youd expect a medical facility to smell and look clean. This place smelled like fried rice and had roaches everywhere. Additionally the wait was very long longer than Ive ever waited at any urgent care. Needless to say we did not have a good experience.

Pathetic service. Waited in the patient room for 1.5 hours but the nurse practitioner never showed up No Doctor was available. Every time I went to ask I was told by the nurse that ours is the next turn but that turn never came. My daughter had eye pain and couldnt even open her eyes but no one cared about that. Worst ever experience. They need to hire better staff. Never ever going back to this urgent care.

Im reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the recent customer service experience. While I understand that mistakes can happen there was clearly a miscommunication about payment method. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy shown towards my situation. As a customer experiencing financial difficulties I felt that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed. Its important for care providers to consider the diverse backgrounds and challenges their customers may face and I hope to see improvements in this regard in the future. There are many opportunities for both women I spoke with to improve. The receptionist were condescending and dismissive to my situation and accused me essentially of being the problem. While upset yes I was tearing up with shaking hands. This was by far one of the worst experiences I ever hope to have and will continue to advocate for clients like myself. A simple acknowledgment of understanding the situation would have de-escalated this entire interaction .

This is the only urgent care I take my kids to. First of all its 5 min from my house. Second I can make an appt online or on their app. We are always seen within 15 min of waiting. The nurses are super super sweet and the doctors are beyond. Dr Julia Hodges was our Dr this last time being seen and she was so sweet and kind. Helped with any questions we had. Plus she called the next day to check on my daughter Ive never had an urgent care Dr call to check on my kids. Love this place

Please choose somewhere else. Not only did they LEAVE AN ENTIRE PIECE OF ROCK in my sons head and then stitch it shut with rock in it forcing him to then go under anesthesia with a general surgeon to undo what they did their billing and patient interactions and lacking. Every single time I have to call and get a reference from my insurance saying I am covered for urgent care visits. They just dont even want to look. They just want to charge the full visit every single time before I stand there and call because they wont look it up. I dont even have weird insurance its just Blue Cross Blue Shield. When I asked for help they have me a printout and told me to contact billing myself. Everyone has choices in healthcare and Ive given them more than enough chances to show competency and quality and they just arent it.

Scheduled my appointment online. Walked in to a bit of a wait but it wasnt that bad. Hasfa the front office receptionist was very sweet and nice. Erin the Lvn was so sweet and so kind to my baby and I. Made sure to keep the conversation going so gentle with my baby boy. Then the NP Tracie came in and she put the cherry on the cake. She was very energetic and nice above all my visit was really good and it was my first time at the clinic

Everyone here treated us with the utmost care and respect. We had a great experience. My 11 month old was very sick and just made everything so easy for him. We will definitely be back here.

Overall wait and time spent in the room was three hours to be prescribed an antibiotic. Medical staff didnt ask about any medical history or daily medications my son takes despite my attempt to advocate for him and make them aware of his medical conditions. No need say more than that. Quality of care is not a real concern for this place.

The nursing staff and PAs have always been fantastic when we have gone. It was insanely busy today she said Sundays are always nuts and they were trying to be as effective as possible. We were there a while so they even brought my girls snacks and water to help out.

Our provider was so sweet to my daughter 20 months listening to her babbles and accepting invasions of space like grabbing her hands to look at her nails and inspecting her stethoscope. It was very calming to my daughter when she wasnt feeling well.
