Pediatric Urgent Care For Kids in Garland

I brought my daughter here this weekend to see if she needed stitches for a cut she had. Customer service from all staff members from the front desk staff to the doctor was superb. Everyone was kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt have a reservation and I was seen within 5 minutes of completing my paperwork.Facility was clean and welcoming and I love that their paperwork is done electronically.

We had a wonderful experience The nurse practitioner was incredibly kind gentle and figured out what was wrong quickly. She had us on our way so fast she gave my kids the sweetest toys at the end We will definitely be coming back in the future

Everyone was very nice there was some wait time but if you fill out your paperwork ahead of time i think it will go quicker. Very nice good with kids genuine. Dr Jason was great

Able to snag a 930 appt on Solv. about 6AM.Front desk person was fine not rude but flat and never sanitized any chair while we sat in the waiting room...

Best place Everyone was so kind to us from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner My son was crying a lot and scared of getting simple things done like listening to his chest and they were so sweet to my 20 month old son. Thank you so much for making this visit easy and thank you for giving him a cute rubber ducky at the end He loved it Will definitely come back if need to

UPDATE Took my daughter to her PCP today and she has impetigo This is very frustrating that this Urgent care clinic misdiagnosed her and how much worse her condition got in under a week. Very disappointing in this care facility.Took my two year old daughter in to be seen for a rash. We as parents wanted to make sure it wasnt getting worse or needed an antibiotic for treatment. I purposely made an appointment online and still waited at least 45 minutes in the exam room before being seen. When the doctor came in she was very cold in her demeanor. Being a pediatric doctor you would think she would at least like kids. This doctor was very rough with my daughter during her exam to the point I was uncomfortable and could tell she needed me to hold her hand out of reassurance. This doctor gave us our diagnosis thankfully it wasnt anything serious. But we as parents who care for our childrens health were given the attitude that we were an inconvenience to her and had just waisted their time. With all that to say we will not be using this office in the future.

This place should be advertised more I had no idea that this place even existed the staff was exceptional the wait time wasnt long at all. Any weekend my kids arent feeling well were heading there This is an awesome experience giving the situation.

I loved how my daughter was treated it felt like if she was with her doctor. I will return and recommend to families and friends. Thank you so much.

Took my 6 month old in 30 minutes before they closed and they were super kind and thorough even after a long day right before closing. Dr. Do was amazing and took his time explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Thank you so much for helping our baby get better

We just left this location about 25mins ago The customer service was top tier from start to finish. I brought my daughters one with a serious injury and she was treated so amazing. I mean the front desk lady was very fast with check in and also sweet. The nurses who cared for us was amazing gave us the X-rays fast and the solution for whats next. The Dr was very transparent and patient with my questions for my little one. I am very pleased with the level of care and will continue to patronize this business and refer anyone who might be looking. Thanks ladies

Good first impression We went first thing in the morning on a Sunday and we the first ones there no wait. The front office staff was very nice and welcoming. The nurses and Physicians Associate PA were also very nice and knowledgeable. The PA took time to listen to our concerns and explained things to us in a thorough and understandable way. Would definitely return
