Biggest scrap. Care is not good. The doctorSupervisory nurse is not caring much attention to the parent. Very disappointing. Dont come here. Biggest scrap place.Think twice to visit this URGENT CARE

I always have a great experience when I come to this location. However yesterday was phenomenal. It was the most amazing experience Ive ever had because the Nurse Practitioner that took care of us went above and beyond. She took the time to listen and provided great recommendations. She was the sweetest and really demonstrated she cared took care of my daughter as if she was hers. If I could provide more stars I would.

This place has gotten way better on timing when trying to be seen by a physician. My oldest son and I has gone here numerous of times and the wait for a doctor is ridiculous long more then an hour. Just yesterday I brought my youngest and we was out of the doctors office less then an hour.The new staff is friendly and they work rapidly. The place is clean and parking is great also

Thank you Urgent Care for Kids Danielle at the front was so kind and handled an unprofessional Karen at the now massage palor downstairs. I commend you on addressing her lack of common sense. Everyone was professional and I am able to get my son back to feeling wonderful again. We even got a cute duck

I was able to make an appointment online to be seen as early as 15 minutes. Upon arrival the facility was clean and the staff was pleasant. We were seen within the hour and our issue was resolved. Would definitely go back here.

Lol this place is a joke I brought my son Ashton in for a busted head he had an accident the dumb racist nurse lady tried too stitch my baby head without medicines numbing it I told her just too stay away from my childs head Id take him too er lol they called child protective services on me I didnt take him I took him home and it healed up fine with aloe Vera and some natural ointments . I will never bring nan one of my babies here again I wouldve honestly been done put my hands on one of those low down ladies in their behind my kids terrible terrible terrible

I took my 3year old here instead of the ER for a fever cough runny nose vomiting and complaints from her about her breathing m.. All I was told was she had a cold no ear infections didnt test for strep flu or covid. I paid out of pocket for the doctor to spend 5 min with us. I stated my concerns and all I was told is maam its just a cold treat her runny nose and everything else will go away. Fast forward to not even 20 hrs later my daughter fever hasnt broken we take her to the ER turn out she does have an ear infection.Dont take your kids here doctor doesnt listen to your concerns and they just take your money. I will be filing a complaint to get my money back.

So glad we found this place for my 8 month old. Even though we had accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong location whoops the receptionist was so understanding able to fit us in without a long wait. Shout out to Michael for being incredibly kind gentle with our little one. And greatly appreciated the providers thoroughness patience and professionalism in addressing all our concerns. Highly recommended

Urgent Care for Kids is an awesome after hours and weekend pediatric clinic. We have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and accessible. We have never experienced a long wait and have always felt our childs needs were met.

The front desk girl was extremely rude. I was trying to get my 2 year old seen for a cut lip. I was worried she needed stitches. My insurance card is digital and the only information not listed is the member ID. I told her it was my husbands social. She acted like she didnt understand. This is what we provide to every medical care provider. They are always able to pull our information within 2 minutes. She didnt even bother to do anything . Meanwhile my toddler is in extreme pain and needing to be seen by a medical professional.The didnt even ask if she was still bleeding or anything like that. I gathered my children left and went to Care Now around the corner.When I got there and explained they were shocked to hear about our experience. THE FIRST THING I WAS ASKED WAS IF MY DAUGHTER WAS OK AT THE MOMENT AND IF SHE WAS BLEEDING That is customer service. They didnt care about anything else but my daughters well being. She was ok and I provided my ID and the insurance information. Literally within a minute and a half the front desk lady verified our insurance using the digital card and my husbands social.I say all this to say you all need to find better qualified people with quality customer service. Especially considering you are dealing with children. The absolute worst experience. I do not recommend. Since we moved we couldnt get to our preferred Childrens Health PM Pediatric Urgent Care. I recommend Childrens Health.
