Pediatric Urgent Care For Kids in Alliance

Brought my child here for a sports physical. The wait time was longer than usual due to technical issues but the staff was friendly and visit was great. Thankful I found this place for urgent care or sports physical needs.

Ive been coming here since i had my baby 3 years ago and its gone so downhill. I had an appointment at 245 arrived at 230. Receptionist were super nice as well as nurse. Got in a room not even 5 min of waiting. I didnt get seen by a doctor until 328. I was about to just walk out because all i heard outside was staff laughing or just doing nothing. It wasnt even busy. Doctor barely even looked at sons skin but once i mentioned he had ringworm 2 weeks ago she automatically just said it was all ringworm. I had to show her a patch of other skin and she said oh yeah that could be eczema. Rooms are also super dirty i didnt even want to sit down on the chairs. I even heard the nurses complaining they had to change the paper on the exam beds. Overall im just never coming back.

The front desk lady wasnt the friendliest and was rude when we kindly asked how long we would be waiting for. We asked politely and just wanted to know if she had an estimate on how much longer we would be waiting and she seemed annoyed with that question. Other than that the nurse and doctor were great and we had a wonderful experience with both of them. Just wish the front facing person had better customer service there is no need to be rude.

My daughter has a severe ear infection on 11-09-2023 at 627 a.m. I went in and they told me that there was a long wait of 4 hours when they were available in 10 minutes and that she had a very bad ear infection.I was attended to in a very bad moodMy daughter had discharge all over her ear and no one came to check her only one person with a prescription with the wrong name for amoxicillin when she is allergic to amoxicillin terrible service and several accidents confusing patient names and prescriptions.

Needed a tetanus shot for my 5 year old. Called twice and said they had it explaining his age and needs. Drove 40 miles arrived and confirmed they had what he needed. Waited 3 hours for them to say they didnt have the shot for him. Absolutely terrible service. Dont look at their ceilings or vents they are absolutely filthy with dust rust and water stains. Its amazing they stay open.Update- now they are charging me nearly 300 for the visit. The Drs explanation is that they examined my son and rendered advice. Which explains why I called asking for the specific shot needed...the Dr also claimed that I didnt know my sons correct Birthday...this is absolutely absurd. And Urgent Care dont repond to this saying youll help you wont and havent done anything. PS-I found the pic I took of your ceiling at 9pm waiting

We have been using this place for years but never again. We went in for possible strep. We made an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment. They tested her for strep. Weve done this many times before and results should take max 15 minutes. Fast forward 2 hours later and I went out of our room to look for someone to ask what was going on. The staff were all in a room together laughing and goofing around. It took me having to say I was about to miss school pickup for my oldest for a doctor to magically appear. There was also only two other families that came in after us so not a situation of them being overly busy. I have 3 kids and a full time job. The moment you stop respecting my time I will no longer give you my business.

We used to love this place for its efficiency and compassionate providers. The last 2 visits have been completely opposite however the first one they had a technical issue preventing them from opening my sons 10m chart or so they claimed and left us waiting in the patient room for over an hour while they skipped over him. So Im holding a crying baby listening to them laugh and socialize at the nurses station. No one came in to check or to update me. I figured that could happen to anyone not their fault necessarily.We went back today and though I had confirmation texts and emails they claim not to have my sons appointment on their schedule. They said they would see him after everyone else was seen and they did not seem to care whatsoever I will say the MA who took his vitals seemed nice. Really sad because this was a nice back up plan to the pediatrician. Whats the point of making appointments if technical difficulties still cause you to wait 1-2 hours Plus having a staff that mostly seems to not care Yuck.

Urgent care for kids alliance treated us very well. All the staff were super nice to us. We showed up 20 min before closing and they were happy to treat my child. They caught what his Ped missed Thankful for them

Waited over 1 hour to be seen finally was able to be seen and doctor didnt seem to know what she was doing. I have been coming here for years and this was the worst experience. I had to finally come out of our room to ask about my daughters testing and was told she tested positive for RSV and was never given any paperwork or informed what to do with her diagnosis. Will never come back. The ladies in the front are very nice but the doctor that saw my daughter tonight 1117 did not know what she was doing. Im filing a formal complaint because this is unacceptable with how severe RSV can be.

Recently I took my son to Urgent Care for Kids due to persistent coughing. We were greeted with exceptional friendliness by the staff and the attending doctor provided excellent care for my son. Their professional approach and compassionate service were truly appreciated during our visit.
