My daughter has been receiving physical therapy services with Jeff for three years now. He pushes her for growth and strength and changes with her as her needs change. They have helped to facilitate new equipment orders and have generally been a wonderful addition to Kennedys team Love Its Ability NH

My daughter has been going to Its Ability for about 20 years now. This is long before Colleen even had space to work with kids with disabilities. When other therapists teachers told me my daughter would never be able to ride a two wheel bike Colleen researched provided the tools to make this happen. Small steps but within a a few visits as my daughter rode that two wheeler by herself for the first time I can still hear her saying I can feel the breeze. And I could feel the tear on my cheek.As my daughter got older Its Ability adapted the therapies to meet the needs of an older child. FunFit was created as a safe workout experience for her her peers. The group participated in the Concord Hospital Rock N Race as a team for a couple of years. She still attends FunFit today.Its Ability has even expanded to meet other needs with their Life Skills Class. This class has provided cooking sewing classes for my daughter to reach a certain level of independence despite her disability.

My son has been seeing Colleen since he was 3 I cant ask for a better PT person and her daughter is just as good. They have the knowledge behind them and the ability to know what is needed. I cant thank them enough.

I couldnt ask for a better place to take my daughter for Physical Therapy. Weve been working with Itsability for several years and everyone is so wonderful.

Therapists are wonderful gym is clean and has a lot to offer these kids Wonderful place

One of the workers there has A few has different Personality she should Not Be working There my young man did Not like her whatsoever he like everyone one else but thats young lady that works with him She is new there Sadly there Not going back..... good luck All -

We had a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend this place The therapists are very knowledgeable and have years of practice. They treat every patient with utmost respect and they show they truly care about their patients. The new facility they moved to at 134 Hall St. Concord NH is amazing A lot of equipment tools and toys patients can use. This team of therapists is the right team I would like to have if I wanted to provide the best care for my child. They have an Open House on June 13th 2018 at 430 to 630 pm. Come and check it out

Worse customer service there isThey ask you to fill out paperwork ahead of time mail it to them and then theyll call you to schedule an initial appointment. Its been 3 weeks since I mailed these forms have called them 3 times and the lady who does the scheduling which is supposed to call back doesnt even bother returning your messages. This is ridiculous If I would have known I wouldnt have bothered filling out all those forms and then mail them out What a waste of time
