Letitia and Roberta with the really long nails are rudest people and shouldnt work at a pediatric establishment. My kids will not be coming back to this rude doctors office I will file a complaint with the medical board

We have gone through 3 pediatricians since moving to the area and this is the only one my kids like. The whole staff is warm and welcoming and made my kids feel safe and comfortable. The PA Sandra Perkins made my kids feel like they were talking with an aunt or grandma and she took her time and was thorough. I too cant comprehend the negative reviews of this office. Absolutely boggles the mind.

I read some of these reviews and I am completely dumbfounded. Dr. Kwasman is an angel. Our baby was born with a rare skull issue and his knowledge lead us strait to CHOC literally that day we had surgery scheduled. He calls and checks up on his patients when he knows they are ill. He is caring and funny and easy going enough to put up with this new mom My son is blessed to have Dr. Kwasman as his pediatrician. Also we have had nothing but positive conversations with Roberta.

Like another review said this place really went downhill Ive taken my kids since they were born but I feel I became a victim of discrimination. First Dr. here called cps on me for some reason that was a extremely unfair and I let that go. Recently my son has been showing behavioral issues the front desk office manager is extremely disrespectful and rude. Roberta if you read this I want to tell you that you are an awful person. This woman had me kicked out I called to inquire about my son and his evaluation and speech therapy. She just disregarded me completely and talked about a bill I owe which turns out it was a mistake they did on their end. Roberta made it seem as if I didnt have any insurance when in fact I have Blue shield PPO. Dr. Kwasman instead of talking to her he proceeded to send me a letter of dismissal letting me know he will not be seeing our kids anymore to look for another pediatrician when it was Roberta that created that whole issue. Shes such a rude person shes disgusting and unprofessional. I tried talking to Dr. Kwasman he assured me hed talk to her but instead he took her side. He disregarded my son who for all I know might be autistic. Thats not fair at all. I should have dropped this doctor the moment he sent cps on us for unfair reasons. If you have a child who is special needs do not take them here. That office manager Roberta needs to be let go. its really a shame it came to this and I read the reviews on here but I wanted to give this office a try. That was a big mistake. I really thought this Dr. cared for my kids since hes seen all 3 but I was wrong. they cared more about what that rude lady in the front desk has to say. She has always been rude and unprofessional. If you dont have insurance such as IEHP they will discriminate. Search for another Doctor. The always assumed I was on medical IEHP and gave my kids the bare minimum treatment. It shouldnt matter what you have. They did this a couple times. Beware. My son is sick right now and she refused to give me an appointment. Roberta youre sick person I will file a complaint to the medical board Roberta you should retire youre awful and you should not be in the front desk answering calls. I dont know why shes still working there. I will be hiring a lawyer as well.

Roberta you are disgusting my heart goes out to every mother and child youve shunned away because youre an egomaniacal discriminative freak. If Roberta doesnt like you shell black list you and force dr kwazmans spineless self to shun you from the office. Its disgusting egomaniacal behavior and I wish the best of luck whoever goes or is considering going in that silent hill pediatrician office.

I called to make an appointment and Roberta the office manager said that I had a balance which I said I would take of today she then proceeds to question me on why I wanted to take my daughter to that Dr and asking rude questions she said well I dont know if I wanna make an appointment for you now. My daughter was sick and they refused to see her. We have a private insurance and we never had a problem with anyone till now. This woman is horrible very rude. I spoke to the Dr and he didnt seem to care of the way his office manager was treating his patients. Dont take your kids here. Roberta is rude and very unprofessional even her appearance is unprofessional. They need a new office manager in this office. I file a complaint with the medical boards as well.

Great Doctor very friendly and polite. Had our daughter smiling and feeling comfortable on our visit with him for her routine check up. I would recommend to other parents.

Dr. Alan Kwasman has been in practice for many years. He tends to be cantankerous and makes assumptions and then sends his dismissal letters to parents. He is not disability friendly and or friendly at all. His office staff is professional and kind but Dr. Kwasman is not a good doctor knows how to evaluate a child with a disability regardless of the behaviors of the child. Dr. Kwasman jumps to brash decisions and judgements out of frustration and he takes his frustration out on the parent and child which is most unprofessional. If you have a child with autism please do not take the child to this doctor.

Loves this place. Been going there since I was a child back when Dr. Dunkenson was there. He was the best. Im so saddened to see how this place has turned out ever since he has retired and the old staff that had left as well.... The Staff there now feels like it is ok to treat you in whatever way they want. Especially if they mess up or are in the wrong. The office Manager there is just horrible. She yells at people in front of other employees when she gets upset at something that is beyond the parents control as she yells at you she flicks her 10 mile long finger nails at you in your face and acts like she does no wrong. And to top it off The Doctors there Condone her treating childrens parents this way. Over something that was so incorrect on their end. My child and his life come first. They did a procedure on my infant there and royally messed him up to where I just had to find another surgeon to help fix him up. They dont care. Bottom line Do Not EVER send your child to this Doctors office None of the doctors or staff care about the well being of the child. Its clearly just a paycheck to them The most nightmare of a place that I see is still running. Ive made some reports the past week for the medical board to check this place out since I have family in that area and I believe that places like this do need investigating. What a shame. Dr Kwasman is an excellent pediatrician. He takes great care of my little one and her complicated diagnosis. If you are looking for a friendly pediatrician you can trust then I highly recommend him.
