Pediatric Diagnostic Center

The staff was very nice and friendly the wait time wasnt to bad and Dr.lee was extremely helpful and he was very good with my 5 year old daughter she was scared to go and when we left she said she liked the doctor it was a good visit overall no complaints

My husband and I took our 1 year old to see one of the neurologist to get an evaluation done and our experience was horrible. The male neurologist was not a kind and gentle doctor he was rough with our daughter when picking her up and evaluating her movements. The whole visit she was crying and screaming and he continued with his exam didnt try to chance his demeanor. He even went on to telling her Oh stop it When we spoke to her primary doctor she mentioned that she has heard similar stories about him.I wish I could give no starts. Unfortunately I do not recall his name but he was an older male doctor. I understand he is a really good doctor in his field there but they should teach them compassion and how to properly treat and care for young patients.Horrible Neurology Doctor

So the dr are all great here for the pediatricians I really didnt like the eye dr the guy who decides what the kiddos eye glass prescription would be were gonna get a second opinion elsewhere. We also seen neurology which seem good we dont have much experience with neurologist. Most of the staff are nice friendly and very helpful also didnt like the gastroenterologist the GI Dr we went elsewhere for that I highly recommend dr Takatani at cottage in Santa Barbara thats just our opinion of course dr Takatani used to work for PDC so Id for sure give them a try the drs are Patient and really listen to you and your concerns with you even if you have your own opinions doctor honey is our pediatrician and we really like him also Dr. Gonzalez she works in the Oxnard branch shes also really really good we like her a lot

I must say coming from a customer service background this place is wonderful. The front staff are friendly and connect in a way most places cant. Then we met the Dr... Dr. Elchuri. She was amazing if I could give 10 stars I would My daughter was very comfortable with her and wished that she could be her Dr from here on out. Not to mention the decorations Very good experience. Highly recommend them

I love everything about them the staff are amazing every time I walk in there so nice and know me already the doctors are amazing as well. It is all worth it if your concern about your child they have appointments that same day or the next day ... they worry about there patients and I love that about them I have recommended them to plenty of family members and they love it

The staff and doctors are very nice. At other locations the doctors arent as empathic as the Pediatric Diagnostic Center. The doctors actually take their time to get to know the patient. I feel like the doctors really care about their patients and they dont rush you.

Had great experiences with both Dr. Lee and Dr. Hemmer. Both had a wealth of knowledge and helped answer lots of questions. The nurses were all very sweet kind and helpful as well. Sometimes the wait is long which is hard with kids but totally worth the amazing doctors and staff youll be with. Once youre in with the doctor they take their time and are attentive to you and your childchildren.

My son is special needs and was seeing Dr.Ruiz. I had to switch pediatricians to another office only because she always needed other doctors opinions to make on my son and I didnt like that I prefer a doctor who can handle a special needs child and make a choice especially when he was super sickHe had this sever cough that hes had over 2months that I kept bringing to her attention and she just kept saying she needed other opinions due to his syndrome. he also needed different types of monitoring with monitors to check on his sats a suction machine etc only because with this syndrome we have to be on top of itwell no she kept saying she will get back to me with an answer and nothing no calls I would call and she would dodge my messages to where she had her assistant lie to me and say she left for vacation This cough led to him almost dying at St. Johns ended up on a ventilator. Come to find out he had some type of influenza. Thank God I switch doctors because now he has a team of doctors he sees to make sure he gets the attention he deserves and monitoring that he needs With a normal child she may be great but I would never refer her for a child who is special needs. Sorry not sorry.

Dr Goldie and Dr Lee are amazing Their nurses from front desk to back are just as amazing as well.
