Pediatric Dentistry Of Wayne

My son is three years old and very apprehensive with anything new. We had been looking for a pediatric dentist and had received some recommendations but after researching the reviews they didnt seem like a good fit. I searched the internet and came across Wayne Smiles with great reviews and after our first visit yesterday I understand why.From the first call I had with Janet she was incredibly informative helpful responsive and kind. She helped with our dental insurance answered all the questions I had with patience kindness. That customer care followed throughout the visit with Marissa who took care of my son cleaned his teeth gently made us all feel at ease and just did an excellent job. And Dr. Frank the pediatric dentist was just wonderful. He had such a sweet gentle way about him while explaining everything clearly about my sons teeth. He gave excellent suggestions on how to clean maintain good dental hygiene in children and he was just so kind. My son even left with a prize he got to pick out when we left. I am a tough critic and I am beyond impressed here. Thank you Wayne Smiles

Its not often that I share positive reviews but after a not so great experience with an oral surgeon and sharing a negative review i felt like i needed to balance it out with a very positive review. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon recently. The surgery went fine but he became very paranoid that something was wrong - it was to the point where he hadnt eaten anything for a week. Nothing was wrong - it just seemed to be a mental block. Anyway my daughter was due to come in to Dr. Frank for her cleaning and check up. I asked the office staff if Dr. Frank would mind taking a look at his mouth to reassure my son that everything was okay. They said of course. Dr. Frank looked at his mouth and prob spent about 20 minutes answering a lot of very random questions from my son regarding his concerns. He did not charge me for this visit and did not rush him even though the office was super busy. He reassured him and told him in order to continue to heal he needed to eat and gave him a really great pep talk. My son left the office reassured and had a slice of pizza.Anyway its not often nowadays that you find medical staff who will go the extra mile and show true compassion for their patients. Kudos to Dr. Frank and staff.

My son is 6 he went there today for the first time and let me just tell you Dr.Ferrara and his assistant were very awesome. My son had 2 baby teeth removed and they explained everything to us. My son just laid there and watched tv and then we were done. All smiles no crying no pain. Best place ever right down to the receptionists were awesome too. Highly recommend them.

The hygienists and dentists are great with young kids. Plus your kids think theyre getting a reward for going to the dentist when they get the stickers and get to choose from the prize chest of dollar store toys at the end.

Im so grateful to have found this practice. I have two boys and one of them is quite nervous about going to doctors. However Dr. Ferrara is phenomenal with kids. He is patient and kind Always puts my kids at ease. My Son chipped two front teeth this past weekend. Wayne Smiles was able to get us in on Monday and his smile is perfect again.

Ive been taking my children here for yearS now The best staff to care for your special needs child. Nice little office gentle and caring staff. Always good with helping me keep up with the appointments. Not too far from Sussex County to drive to. Evening hours available. My oldest child is 14 and none of my other two have had any cavities. I make sure to care for their teeth ever since and keep junk out of their diets. Once in a while we have our treats absolutely no sodas or drinks like that. Nice healthy foods and snacks. No bragging here just very thankful for that as Ive suffered enough and dont want the same for them.

My son Colin 6 enjoys his dental visits to Dr. Ferrara of Pediatric Dentistry of Wayne. Hes always greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and feels very comfortable under the care of their office. He looks forward to returning each time even if its to have a cavity filled. He never complained once nor did he express fear. We love it here

Have been bringing my kids here for at least 10 years now. Dr. Frank is very kind caring and patient. He explains everything thoroughly and takes his time answering any questions or concerns. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like family We have always had a very pleasant experience

Wow and Im speechless but for everyone to know what a staff. Every single person in their team was amazing. They are all great with the kids. They put the kids first they stop reply to them then continue doing their job. Tv in the ceiling amazing idea. Even game systems for the kids to play while getting their teeth worked on. The dentist is super friendly smart and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves their kids because I love my daughter and I wouldnt just want anyone to work on my daughters teeth.Mohammad

I went to Dr. Frank after going through 4 pediatric Dentists in the Wayne area. Dr. Frank is an awesome dentist. He takes the time to speak with the parents as well as explain every single step to my son. He made my son feel so comfortable. He loves going to the dentist now. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable.
