Pediatric Dental Group - Lake Nona

I have to be honest although I was a client of this clinic for many years the truth is I loved everything but it seems very bad on the part of the administration that for not having communication with the client in this case myself for a charge that without knowing the insurance dental did not do instead of informing me so that I could make the missing payment they decided to send me the account to collection. It was 15 or more years as a loyal customer and as I said not even a slight communication lack of respect I hope they fix this type of situation. thank you

My 4 and 8 yo children had a great experience at the practice v thorough and caring and answered all questions clearly v patient with the youngest child who was wiggling- provided cleaning and X-rays and treatment plans that were clear and understandable. Strongly recommend as was strongly recommended to me by a friend.

This is such an amazing practice My 3 yo daughter loved it Glad she had such a good experience to make her want to keep coming back and not afraid of the dentist .. she even asked to go back again tomorrow after we leftThe receptionists in person and over the phone and dentist were very nice. The atompshere is really clean and kid friendly but medical office appropriate.The true star was the hygienist Veronica She made my daughters experience very easy fun and explained each step to her She even sang during the cleaning like a Disney Princess would 1010 recommend

The staff are so friendly and patient with young kids. Victoria Selena and Marianna were so sweet and gentle with my son who has severe anxiety. They made him feel so comfortable and eased his fears. so thankful

We have had gone through 3 different dental offices and about 8 different appointments to fix my sons teeth. Of course through out this time his teeth got worse. He has very high anxiety doesnt like to feel uncomfortable or discomfort at ALL The Drs and staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Aina had to extract a tooth and he was soo proud of himself that he went through with it and kept telling me she has powers Im so happy I went with my gut and kept switching until I found the best. I highly recommend this office 100

Had an appt with my 4 year old who has never been good at dental trips but in this location the staff made him feel so welcomed so comfortable and were so friendly from the start. Parking was hard to find but once I walked in the wait time was minimal and the dental technician Risma I think her name is was amazing with my son. Made him laugh and kept saying dont worry be happy which I found so cute. Thank you guys will definitely put up with the parking lot just for the people who work there. 1010

My kid has been going there since his very 1st cleaning. I needed to rescheduled because my kid had examen at school and he couldnt miss his test. The just wouldnt waive the fee for rescheduling. Its only 25 bucks but why give them my business if they cant be flexible to their clients needs. ITS ALL BUSINESS and Im looking for care. There are so many dentist now in the area why not have a customer satisfaction vs revenue basis.. happy customers referrals bring more business.

Just left from my daughters 2 years old appointment and it was a great experience. Ladies at the front are super nice. Its super clean they even have toys for the kids to play on the lobby. They gave my daughter a toy and showed her all the equipment and talked her through what they were doing to make her feel more comfortable. Already scheduled my next appointment.

Arrogant and could careless about wasting your time and making you wait over an hour. You want me to trust you in a hospital setting with my child and you cant even let us know youre going to be awhile and make us wait during a work day which both parents called out for. Nope. Credibility lost due to poor attitude and time management.
