The staff has always been so kind to us I love that the doctors arent pushy and they allow us to make decisions for our own daughter instead of putting fear into us like other doctors.

Was great before Akron Childrens took over. No more walk in clinic. We will be looking for a new pediatrician not part of a mega corporation.

Ive taken my granddaughter twice on a short notice situation Both times they were able to get her right in and diagnose the issue They are terrific

Great establishment They are prompt polite and not pushy. The staff are really looking to what the childs individual needs are.

Horrible place doctors are hateful dont want to listen and act like they are better then you. I wouldnt send my worst enemies children to this place. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Very poor referral to ER made. Went against my better judgement and took our son to their office and was told I needed to go to the ER to get blood work done ASAP because they couldnt figure out what was wrong with him they should be able to order and read blood work especially if they are going to be considered a pediatric office. 5 hrs later and 5000 down the drain was told I didnt need to be at the ER by the ER pediatrician.

Just left the mansfield office very unhappy. We have been bringing our children here for 8 years and love how friendly the office staff is. Unfortunately we cant trust the nurse practitioners The first nurse came in to check if our sons ear infection was cleared up after completing his antibiotic and she said the one ear looks good and the other she thinks is ok maybe a little bulging She left the room to get another NP for another opinion who came in and said BOTH ears are still infected. The whole reason we go to the Dr. is to accurately diagnose and treat our children and if we cant trust you to know for certain whether or not our child has an ear infection then Im not sure why were going here.

I cannot say enough good about this practice. From the initial phone call to the receptionist checking us in to the nurse to the nurse practitioner EVERYONE is so kind patient and helpful. I took my son in as a new patient. He was sick and they got him in the same day as a walk in and we did not wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room and again less than 2 minutes to see the nurse practitioner Becca in the exam room. Everyone took the time to listen to the whole story and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Becca spent probably a good 30-45 minutes with us listening to everything we had to say and was so kind and gentle with my son. On our way out one of the nurses made a phone call to another agency to set up the next step in our care without me having to ask. She wrote down phone numbers and addresses for me again without me even asking. These people truly care and along with that are very knowledgeable and professional. The office is neat clean and inviting. I will recommend this place to everyone I get the chance to.

After getting forcibly dropped from Dr. Shaws office with my children because I wanted an appt for my newborn in 4 days instead of their demand of one day hospital doctor advised 4 days I tried Pediatric Consultants practice. They have been absolutely wonderful Speedy kind gentle understanding cooperative and medically excellent. As a mother I am very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of their facility. As a nurse I am very impressed with the practitioners and their medical knowledge. There is almost no wait to see a practitioner and the friendliness extends from the front desk to the back exam rooms. A joy

Great doctors.. Ive never sat more than 5mins in the waiting room I love that they have sick visits... Call in and tell them your child is sick and they will get you in the same day I couldnt have chosen a better doctor for my son.. been going here for almost 4yrs
