Pediatric Associates - West Palm Beach

My family loves this pediatrician office. The front desk staff are always polite and friendly. The facility is very clean and colorful. All of the Doctors here take care of their patients well. My Son loves Dr. Terry Johnson. I will and forever recommend this Office .

Love love Mrs. Terrie Johnson. Shes the main reason we go to this location. Shes great and patient with the kiddies. Friendly front desk. I like to go early soon as they open in and out service.

I have 2 children who are teenagers. We have been going to pediatric associates since they were babies. The staff is always very kind and they have convenient hours. I also like that they offer virtual appointments and have several locations.

My little one has been seeing Dr Corriea since birth and I couldnt be happier with my choice of provider. Shes very proactive and tentative listener and she has an amazing team working alongside her. Love you guys

I come to this office for after hours for sick vists as Gardens location my daughters regular doctor office doesnt offer after hours. Each time Ive came there wasnt anybody else in the waiting room although I was there both times after 6pm. The women at the front desk were pleasant to deal with. The doctor my daughter saw was nice and I am very confident in her recommendations and prescriptions. I was in and out both times very quickly and was pleased with the office doctor nurses receptionists. I will never deviate from Pediatric Associates.

This last visit was the first visit EVER that I had absolutely no wait in the waiting room just a several minute wait for the doctor I had only made an appointment for one of my twins but they squeezed my other twin in sure to last minute fever. With no problem at all. Absolutely PERFECT visit Thank you

My experience was nice and fast. They were very professional. The Medical Assistant was very friendly and gentle with my baby. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. Ive been coming to pediatric associates for years now and will continue to because the staff are so nice and professional.

Wow What an amazing experience. The staff is so compassionate and sweet. Everyone reflects how much they love their profession and the kids. The front desk staff is wonderful so personable and attentive. The wait time is minimum. Everyone pitches in when things are busy. Sweet nurses Doctors are so knowledgeable and attentive. Its so hard to find this kind of environment in a medical setting. Congrats guys What a wonderful practice

I am a new mom and had 2 other pediatricians at another practice for my newborn baby before finally finding Dr Terrie Johnson with Pediatric Associates. She is the best doctor. She takes the time to listen is very knowledgeable and supports you with your childs specific needs. Doctors offices are busy and this one is too but it is worth the wait with Dr. Johnson.

I dont know how this place has 4.4 stars this place should be rated a 1 star Twice in less then a year pediatrics associates has turned my son away when he was very sick. They had the audacity to say that we cant walk-in that we need to make an appointment and that the office is all booked up and busy my husband and I take a look around and literally told the front desk lady busy Were the ONLY PEOPLE IN HERE Are you kidding me Your gonna turned down not once but TWICE a 7month baby She tells us to go to the hospital that they cant help us. How disgusting inhuman unprofessional and totally negligent and lets not forget incompetent. I will be contacting my kids insurance as soon as tomorrow. Complaint and switch ASAP. My suggestion RUN.
