Pediatric Associates - Trinity

The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The manager Hilda is so sweet and the lab tech Karen and Alissa were so nice. My child hate needles but they made it easier for her while getting labs done.

Best pediatric office in the area Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Office is super clean which I love. Dr.Alexis Hartert Lisa are our favorites They are both such sweethearts She has done all of my babies shots has always gone above and beyond for my baby girl. Shoutout to Hilda in the front office as well she has always been very informative helpful when scheduling visits or dealing w billing. Would definitely recommend if your looking to find a new pediatric office for your little one.

It would be better if we are able to contact the office and not have to go though your call service because they are rude and it is the worst. I dont understand why we can call the office and talk with a nurse or doctor. Every time I have to call and let the doctor know how my kids are doing as she had ask me to do. I call and the people at the call center tell me the doctor dont work there and I need to figure out what I am trying to do before calling in and wont help me. Ontop of that you can not understand them because they dont speak clear English

This is not my first time with this issue. I provided my insurance card at our appointment and updated my name address etc. I just received a bill for nearly 300 and my insurance was not charged. Ill update this review if the problem is corrected.

Check in is easy. Wait time can vary patient to patient since there are multiple doctors seeing different patients. Ive been taking my child here for 8 years and Ive never had a bad experience. Always clean friendly and can get an appointment on kidzdocnow for a video appt asap.

Parents stay clear. They do not care about the well being of your child. Every time you go you see a different doctor and wait for an hour to even be called in. You are clearly just a number to them. My daughter was getting sick every week and they kept saying it was a virus. They refused to give her an allergy test although she was breaking out in hives. I was just told to give her Zyrtec daily to cover up the problem not try and figure out why. We found out on our own the supposed virus she was getting weekly was due to a dairy allergy.She was also referred to an eye doctor who then prescribed her glasses even though her vision was fine when tested at school. Thankfully I told her not to wear them and her vision did not get ruined because her new Dr says she has 2020 vision

I did not have a great experience here at the trinity office the Dr I seen literally made me so upset Ive never in my life had a Dr laugh at a parent for their concerns. Due to me saying I want my child to be tested for everything to make sure shes ok. I am highly disappointed in this experience the front staff was kind but that DR was absolutely rude

I have been coming here for 3 years and I can honestly say every visit is a bad experience. You can never get ahold of the office they have a answering...

I have been going to Pediatric Associates for as long as I can remember. Now that Im an adult I bring my daughter here. The team members work together to help my daughter feel safe and comfortable while shes being assessed and treated. I would like to say a special thanks to Ms. Hilda Shes warm hearted and treat her patients like theyre her family. If there are any mothers deciding where to bring their children for check ups or pediatric care Pediatric Associates in Trinity is the place to go. Thank you.

Fantastic experienceWe were greeted by kind and accommodating staff at the front desk who answered all of our insurance-related inquiries made new appointment arrangements and provided great assistance both before and after our visit.The professionalism of Dr. Saldarriaga amazed me With a complex medical history and numerous diagnoses our post-hospital appointment with Dr. Saladarriaga proceeded smoothly. She provided us with professional assistance outlining our next actions and providing all the necessary medical explanations. We are so grateful for this pediatric office. Dr. Piniero is a wonderful doctor who is great with my kids and so thorough at each visit. Her staff is top notch as well. We highly recommend this office

If zero stars was possible thats my feedback... I had sick visit appt w 2 children and waited for HOUR AND HALF ... I asked nurse to check on where Dr is...

This place is a piece of work. Have a sick kid and want them to see their pediatrician asap HA Please wait 3-4 days its the earliest we can get them in....
