Pediatric Associates - Sunrise

My son was having trouble breathing and was very anxious but every member of the staff worked quickly and with compassion to make sure he got the attention he needed. I am so grateful for Pediatric Associates having the after care facilities and the attentive medical personnel

The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. The made our visit calm and pleasant. I will recommend this office to others.

We waited for more than an hour and 15 mins to be called and another 30 mins to see the doctor although I had an appointment Not the first time Also follow ups are not as easy as at other clinics .. it is treated as a new procedure and you have to pay and go thru the same process appointment payment waiting ..etc again

This location is 10 minutes from my home and I had no idea. The location is clean the staff are 100 professional- let me just point out how great my MA was Jamie youre awesome keep up the good work. I will have to change my daughters location to this one since its so close and the service is so phenomenal

I have taken my children of various ages to this location for over 13 years and I am always pleased with the service. Dr Murciano and Dr Alamo have been there since then and have always held an excellent standard of care.

I dont know her name but there is an assistant who needs training on how to be friendly and how to treat people. Today my daughter was vaccinated by that assistant and I took my phone to record the moment my whole family is in my country I thought it would be good to record it to send to my family. I only have my husband and my daughter she was rude to me and told me with a very bad face that no I could record. Maybe I cant its ok but she could be kind and I could understand it. Then she asked me to delete it on her face. Its my phone its my daughter. The only reason I dont change locations is because I love my pediatrician.but next time I dont want to be served by that woman.

I had a great experience during my childrens Doctor visit. Liz was very Torough knowledgeable kind and respectful. My kids and I were very happy with our visit there. the staff were very welcoming. Thank you for taking care of my children

This office is excellent. My kids are almost adults and Ive been coming here since they were infants. Vee is the best nurse ever She is kind and patient. She was able to draw my daughters blood without torturing her because she has tiny veins and its so hard to get blood out of her.

The facility Front office staff and Dr.were amazing. I normally go to a different location. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It might be my new home for my childrens Dr. That is how impressed I was and Im a very cautious calculated mom.
