Ms. Jennifer Jackson is such a wonderful asset to Pediatric Associates She really does a phenomenal job at listening to the patient and caring for their needs. And her care compassion is just extraordinary Beyond pleased with her exceptional service.She definitely deserves 5 Stars

I had the worst experience when taking my daughter for her 2 year check up. The NP seem to be rushing after i waited for over 1hr. My daughter has SS and usually every Dr who see her wants to check her hemoglobin. So when I asked about her hemoglobin check she told me does she follow up with a hematologist. I said yes in March. She explained they will check her hemoglobin that she didnt have to check it. Heres the kicker on her assessment there was documentation for her hemoglobin and lead where did these numbers come from i have no clue.

Absolutely LOVED my experience with my now permanent Nurse Practitioner she will be seeing all my kids for their yearly checkups and recommend her 1010 Jennifer Jackson NP oh And the nurse that attended us as well during our visit didnt get her name though but she was an absolute pleasure But for reference on the nurses info we were there 2124 815am

I am so thankful that I have found Dr.Tobon she is a god sent. She is an amazing doctor she listens to all of my concerns when it comes to my son and never makes me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions. She is super nice and caring and is always so happy to see her patients.

Absolutely love this office The staff is very friendly and helpful with great service. This is our first baby and we are very apprehensive about his care but with Dr. Gaviria-Tobon we are at ease She is super sweet caring and listens to all of our concernsquestions no matter how trivial. Ive been going to Pediatric associates St. Lucie West since my second child was born. I have liked every doctor that I have encountered thus far however I always tried a different one because I hadnt found the one. The last time I was in for a visit I met Dr. Tobon. She is an amazing pediatrician and I will be going back to see her next time I make an appointment. She made me feel secured in the information she was sharing and even took the initiative to share her professional back story with me which made me trust her recommendations even more. My son Jeremiah has autism hes 7 but hes 87pound and very strong and solid. Dr. Kerryann Daley did a wonderful job trying to examine my son. This is the first time in over five years he has had his blood pressure reading done. Shes patient polite explains everything and very understanding. Pediatric Associates is very lucky to have her in the Port St. Lucie location..

Desire medical Assistant was excellent. She washed her hands every time she entered the room without having to be reminded. This is the most important thing to me as a parent that the office staff is protecting my daughter when I bring her in. My daughter was so terrified to receive her flu shot at todays visit because the last time she got shots the nurse went way too slow and my poor child felt every last cm of the needles. I expressed my concerns to Desire and she listened. She was so patient with my daughter who is 6 years old and was screaming and crying. Desire talked to my daughter explained everything and gave her shot so quickly that my daughter laughed because she didnt even feel it. Desire will be the only person I will allow to vaccinate my daughter from now on Thank you Desire you make a difference
