Pediatric Associates - Skylake

Reginald Locklear is the best- he always listens and addresses any concerns about my daughters health 100. He is a PA but let me tell you that initials mean nothing when he has so much knowledge wisdom and passion to care for his patients. He always provides the best and effective treatment plan and protocol for my child. I trust taking them to him more than running to the ER from previous experiences. I also appreciate that he has such great care and fun attitude toward his patients every time they visit my daughters are never scared to go to the doctor They call him the funny doctor. JP is excellent and always so welcoming when taking vitals. The lab staff also makes them feel comfortable when getting labs or X-rays done. The staff from Skylake is very kind and helpful overall

This isnt so much about their doctors but their billing department. They are impossible to get ahold of They ran an appt through an old insurance even though I gave them my new insurance. When I tried to contact them to correct the bill it took about a month to finally get someone on the phone. They say to use the portal and youll get answer in 24-48 hours but Ive never received anything from there after 3 messages regarding the bill. So overall the doctors are fine but the billing department is pretty horrible if you ever have an issue with a bill.

A great Dr. Office. great customer service you get in and out in a good timely order. shows care and concern. With a great staffing crew. Been with them for 13yrs.

We love Dr. Fabiana Izquierdo and the staff. Very helpful and kind. Dr. Izquierdo is the best Patient and understanding doesnt rush us and is always ready to answer any questions or concerns. She has the best energy and loves her job.

This place is waste of time. Staff are unfriendly and rude. When people are waiting there were 6 nurses chatting and laughing. One lady was browsing airbnb while we were trying yo learn whats happening. The last in the front desk were polite and she sent us in the lab in 10 minutes. But after going in torture started. Weve been going to pediatric associates Aventura location for many years but we are unhappy that weve been sent here for x-ray. Disaster.

Sayaka Imagawa horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients time. Unfortunately I was scheduled with this Dr and she kept me waiting for almost 2 hours and it is RIDICULOUS especially since the front desk said I only had ONE person ahead of me I have been a long time patient with my 2 children and this has never happened usually I see Dr Lorente or Dr Bennet who are GREAT But for a doctor to work in pediatrics and waist families time especially after school hoursdoing lord knows what while we wait without reason is unexceptionable. So disappointed and frustrating when I got into the office it was full by the time I got called in it was only me and 1 other family left and I had to ask for the office manager Who knows how much longer I would have waited. And what was even funnier was the session was done in less then 15 mins

My visit today was excellent Francis the nurse was awesome with my daughter. She made her comfortable and my baby is a crybaby and she got her to be calm. Dr. Reggie is amazing with my baby also. I felt really welcomed from the front desk staff I didnt get her name but she was such a sweetheart.

Reginald Locklear has always been very thorough when explaining procedures and etc to me about my child. He is very top tier and i highly recommend him to everyone i know. His personality is outstanding his excellency in making you and your child feel comfortable is unmatched. The front desk slim young boy with glasses to the medical assistants tall black guy were very friendly and even the young lady in check out. Thanks for always making my child feels comfortable and treating us with such care.

Dr Moses is amazing. We love himHe makes everyone else step up their game and they are already good people there. I just wanted to let everyone know it...

My first time visiting Pediatric Associates of Skylake. I must admit I was very impressed. Great customer service at the front desk. The young lady that work with my child did an excellent job. Dr. Milagros Bague was so nice great smile. Did an excellent job handling my child whom has autism. She gave me everything I needed concerning my baby. Being a first time patient most importantly. My appointment was on time. They got me in and out. No unnecessary waiting. I loved it.

Richard Bennett was highly recommended by a close family friend and Im so glad I listened. Amazing pediatrician who listens and hears you and has your childs best interest at heart.Office was very efficient too- didnt have to wait at all

You guys really have to do better with wait time and respectful of my time. I made an appointment for 810am you open at 800am I check in at 750am ...

We always get the best care with them For emergencies I take my kids to the childrens ER but routine visits shots etc they are amazing I see either...
