Front desk is always quick and efficient. We love Dr. Shanna Stephens Shes so good with our daughter and makes us feel comfortable as first time parents. Would recommend this office and Dr. Stephens to everyone

Both my children have been patients of Pediatric Associates and I would never have taken them anywhere else. My oldest is 30 and my daughter still sees Dr Shana Stevens and I wouldnt trade her for the world She is the absolute best and sweetest doctor ever Dread the day my daughter cant see her anymore The hours Pediatric has is amazing and so convenient as you never know when an emergency will arise Great Pediatric office

Dr. Stephens is the best Always attentive and answers all my questions. So sweet and gentle with my child plus makes sure they are comfortable before anything else. Having a good doctor is hard to find but I am so glad I have Dr. Stephen for every step of the way for my child.

Pediatric Assiciates at Plantation is always clean and efficient. We are never there more than an hour. Out of the 3 doctors we have seen there I can tell all of their doctors value their patients and listen to all of their concerns carefully.

SHANNA STEPHENS IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING She is so positive upbeat and very informative I love how she engages with my son and I will recommend her 100 times over Absolutely love love love her 10 stars outta 5 lol

The medical team were professional and personable which I really appreciated. My son was sick and I was uneasy about it but their attention to his illness and their obvious interest to help him feel better made me at ease. Also the wait time to see the doctor while in the room was very short which I appreciated even more.

The only reason am leaving one start its because there is no lower rating. These people have little care in their hearts. I had to wait 2 12 hour with a one year old with 105.1 fever and no1 didnt look. He cried from the moment I got there until I left n not one nurse or doctor asked if he was OK. If you want doctors and nurses that care for you love ones. Choose a different place. They have a alot of patients so they dont care if they loose one. I had one of the front desk girl laugh in my face while my son was in pain. NEVER AGAIN I SWITCH IMMEDIATELY

Were long term patrons. Its always comforting taking my children there for their healthcare needs. I love the overall service that they offer. For example the labs some X-rays can be done onsite.

The nurses in this office are wonderful They really love kids. The Drs as well. Now the wait time is unheard of. My son Is 2yrs old and we make early appointments in order to not delay lunch time. My appointment was for 945am and by 1135 I walked out because the Dr was still not even close to seeing my son. I dont know if its a scheduling issue but I wont be going back to this office anymore.

Am told that I cannot make an appointment for my toddlers head injury until I pay 400. The patient portal shows a balance of 0 but the appt feature isnt working. Called back and they are still trying to extort 400 but cannot tell me what for. We made this mistake in the past my husband paid 400 only to have insurance tell me it should not have been paid. Of course they do not refund. Meanwhile I dont know if my child is seriously injured or not. It is a shame. Dr. Dubrovsky is good. I agree that wait times are Ridiculous. Wish I could give zero stars.
