Love the Dr here...very clean place....parking...bathroom.... accessible....kids could be seen in the same day you call.. they have an app called kids now for the minor things.. coming here 8 years.. wouldnt change it for nothing in the world..

Dr. Colon was great. He was empathetic and listened to my son and checked him. He gave us very sound advise and offered different options for treatment

REALLY GUYSHAVE SYSTEM IN PLACE TO INFORM IF YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN OR NOT WORKING OR STHM. NOT EVERY HAVE WHOLE DAYY JUST TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT OR COME BACK 10 YIMES FOR ONE THING.

It was my first time here and everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the phlebotomist to Dr. Pyle was so incredibly kind and helpful. Having a toddler in a doctors office can be so overwhelming but this was such a good experience. Dr. Pyle was able to address all my concerns and she has amazing bedside manners. The visit didnt feel rushed and felt like my son was well taken care of. I look forward to our next visit

Jessica Pyle is the exact definition of the most amazing doctor. She remembered my daughter and immediately asked how she was doing. My daughter recently had an accident that made her terrified of doctors. Dr. Pyle was SO patient with her and changed how my daughter felt My daughter went in screaming and left smiling and laughing. In the car my daughter said the doctor is my bestfriend. She has no idea what she did for my daughter and for my anxiety. Jessica Pyle is amazing

They always mess up the billing part. Ive been getting an incorrect bill for 3 months and every time I contact billing its a 30 minute wait time if they even pick up in 30 mins youre lucky. Ive mentioned to the billing department multiple times where to send the bill to and they still send the bill to the I correct name and address. Im not even on the insurance policy Terrible service

Palmetto Location is amazing. Staff is very Friendly. Attentive. Front Desk Was Definitely My favorite. Its good to walk in the first people you see are smiling attitude is very Friendly. I love this location.

Excellent Service and Experience. I am beyond satisfied with the attention my daughter receives everytime we visit Pediatric Associates. She got ear infection last time and I was able to get an Appointment same day and the doctor sent her antibiotics. Now my daughter is excellent again.

Worst office experience. Out of all the Pediatric Associates office this place is the most unorganized. I had an appointment for 1115 AM. I observed more...

The office is always super clean and all the staff always goes above and beyond for their patients. I especially want to say that Katiuska our nurse is always so attentive and caring with the kids. She takes her time and is always so pleasant to be around. You can tell she really loves her job. The office manager Adriana and our head Doctor Lopez-Torres always has empathy for my kids and when there is a sense of urgency or need especially with special need kids they always go above the standard. It is because of them I continue to be a part of Pediatric Associates.

To the manager. Read this. I am Absolutely disgusted with this place. You should have some kind of system for children with disabilities. I am sitting here with my autistic child going crazy in front of everyone. She is sensitive to sound. There is no special place for us to sit. 2 families were already let in before us and we are still here waiting. Fix this. Provide a place for disabled children.
