Pediatric Associates - Lake Mary

The truth is that I came to this pediatrician because he was recommended to me. But it was my worst decision. I have my daughter with down syndrome. But I feel that every time the doctor looks at her he is arrogant he doesnt like it when she cries or behaves badly. And well she is a little strong. But his face is so arrogant that you can tell how upset he is. Im sorry to have come to this place. Where the pediatrician is not kind to children. And the other doctors are a little worse than him. The truth is I dont recommend it anymore if you are Latina.

The worst placeFirst the place totally sucks. All dirty and in poor condition. We went to two venues and both left a lot to be desired...Second the staff is rude. We have never felt so humiliated. One of the front desk staff at the Lake Mary headquarters treated us like we were animals.Third the medical assistance personnel wao. The nurse touched my newborn son with dirty greasy hands.In short much to be desired.

I have never been so frustrated trying to get in touch with this pediatric office. Receptionist who answers the phone would not even listen to my requests to set an appointment same day or answer any of my questions about the process of new patients - she immediately transferred my call before I could get my whole sentence out. So I call again to see if I could quickly spit out my requests before being transferred again but no I am belittled before the second transfer. The day I tried to make an appointment we ended up having to go to an urgent care center. Upon explaining our issue there the doctor agreed that we should find another pediatric office. I can only imagine the poor quality of an experience if we actually booked an appointment here.
