Pediatric Associates - Homestead

They have two separate waiting areas one for the not so well and one for the well. Very spacious they do have small table for kids as well as two tvs to keep them entertained. Waiting was that long to be seen the first time. Everything was explained clear. We were offered books to read while we waited and the girls love the fact they give stickers. Doctors were attentive and professional.

Ive been going to Pediatric Associates since 2015 starting at the Doral location have moved quite a bit. Ive been to almost ALL locations in South FL Homestead is my preferred location to visit within the practice. The office may be packed most days but with reason. There has been talk about adding a new location in Homestead considering the growth it would be wise. The staff is very professional quick but efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Junco. Shes great worth the wait for well checks sick follow ups Dr. Rodriguez-Guzman is just as great I love the ease of scheduling sick appointments same day or after hours weekends even on the app 247 It beats going to urgent care they have all our medical records on hand.

I am very happy with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was upon my visit. I am so happy and grateful with my daughters doctor. It is so easy to set an appointment when needed.

I have been taking my kids to pediatrics since they were born. Back when Dr.Cordero was still in office and Dr Tufino. On this last visit the doctor or assistant took zero to no effort to speak to me about my kids wellness check-up my daughters asthma medication or asthma overall. When I asked about her asthma refills she questioned why was she taking it It doesnt take a genius to do basic math. The only good part of the visit was the nurse. She took the time to make them feel comfortable before their vaccines. However I have never felt unheard uncared for and completely disregarded as I did in this last visit. To top it all off I am still waiting for my Childs medicine to be sent to the pharmacy and referral to the asthma specialist since the doctor said they no longer do the asthma breath test. I will no longer be attending the homestead location. You have made me feel unsafe and I do not trust you with my kids

Elena Sweet was rude careless to my childs necessities to see a few specialist. She only handed me one referral for one specialist and exited the room before I could finish addressing any other concerns about my childs health. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Her job is to care for the health of any patient and that is what she failed to do. I wont ever book another appointment here again. At least not with her.

Really bad idea to make an appointmentThey dont respect that. My daughter was waiting having an appointment almost 2 hours. and the girl who works at the front desk is totally lost Definitely very disappointed

The office is very knowledgeable and kind. Very welcoming. Recently I had both of my children there for separate visits and follow ups and the staff was very kind especially to my 3 year old Colton who experienced an injury involving his eye. The nurse was very welcoming of the fact my son is a huge lightning McQueen fan and that helped my son follow directions and trust him take his blood pressure height weight and then following into the doctors procedures. Everything went so smoothly and from past experiences its not always easy bringing your child to the doctors.. so thank you everyone who was involved in our visits. Very very helpful

This office is completely packed every single time . I couldnt even see my normal Dr this time around bc they are always so busy which was a total waste of my time. The Dr I saw is so jaded... Passive aggressive and was short with us. She barely even looked at my child but was more concerned about vaccines and thats it. If you dont see your Dr on a regular basis which you wont unless you are lucky enough that you find one you actually like and must specifically request.The only thing that is predictable is that You will be seen at least 45min and over PASTyour appt time everytime. The front desk staff are nice for the 2 minutes you interact with them. I will say Dr Junco and Dr Fields are the best thing going for that practice. Very pleasant women... They actually care to show interest to check out my child and will take the time to have a conversation and answer questions in detail.

Sitting in the car waiting because somehow my 1030 appointment that I confirmed was cancelled and Ive been moved to 1110. Showed them proof on my phone and zero cares were given. Will be looking for a new dr office.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Wanda Rodriguez and Dr. Rosa Juncos at the Homestead office. Our experience with the pediatric group is exceptional. From birth at the hospital to recently when we faced a sudden medical situation with our daughter the entire team has always demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and care.As first-time parents the situation that occurred recently was understandably alarming for us. I happened to be away for a training in another city making it even more challenging. However the medical staff understood our concerns and promptly called us back to provide guidance. They were not only understanding but also compassionate which truly helped ease our anxieties.Even though our daughters condition wasnt immediately critical they arranged for an appointment on the same day at a different office just to ensure her well-being. This level of dedication and professionalism is a testament to their commitment to childrens health. Pediatric Associates went above and beyond and we couldnt be more thankful for their support during this stressful time.Our daughter is now doing well and its all thanks to the excellent care and support we received from Pediatric Associates. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking compassionate and top-notch pediatric care.

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to get seen. Everytime I come I never get seen within a reasonable time. Itll take an hour or more...
