Pediatric Associates - Doral

If you have a 9am appointment you will wait over 2 hours to see a doctor. Whats the purpose of appointments Why have patients waiting in a room by themselves over 2 hours . HORRIBLY STAFFED .

Staff was good Dr. Doris Aguilar was very interactive with the kid Friendly in nature Checked very well ...I appreciate her work

The entire service was extremely courteous and efficient from scheduling the appointment over the phone to the end of the consultation and the examination carried out.Dr. Doris Aguilar was very friendly and attentive clarifying all our questions in addition to making my daughter extremely comfortable in her first consultation with her.

Ive been coming to this office for over 4 years. Honestly the doctors are great. The wait time is what lacks professionalism in this office. My appointment was at 915 I got here at 840 since they always recommend to arrive 15 minutes for whatever reason because youre going to be waiting for over an hour anyway. Its currently 10am and I have yet to see a doctor. Its very inconsiderate to have your patients waiting so long knowing theyre children.They tend to get bored so easily. They just stick us in a room for over 45-50 minutes till they do the check up. The rooms dont have any sort of entertainment so the kids either. Something needs to be done to fix the amount of time we have to wait to be seen.

The MAs and lab technician were reluctant or didnt speak English. My daughters dad was present and he only speaks English. I wish the people working there would introduce themselves.Were new parents and are learning more about our daughters needs including her vaccinations. The Dr. repeatedly said vaccinations are good and are recommended by the CDC and other organizations. She also made sure to tell us that her college educated kids were also vaccinated. I guess her comparison is suppose to help.Ive been to different pediatric locations overall Ive concluded youre just another number to them. Not one tech or doctor has ever acknowledged my daughter they just request to put her in this place or undress her etc.P.S were also college educated if you get my drift

My appointment was scheduled for 745am. They sent me a text saying to arrive at 730am. I got there at 741am time and the doors were locked. The sign said...

My son has being a patient at this office for many years but lately the service is getting bad...Example is i have an appointment and i have to wait more than 35 minutes to enter a room and then take time to be able to see the doctor which has known my son for years Not to mention i keep getting the same 2 or 3 excuses the more visits and appointments i make at this place.

For more than 10 years Ive had all my 3 kids go to Pediatric Associates wevehad nothing but the best experience with all the doctors. I am truly grateful

The worst experience ever I have follow up control for 4 months old baby. My appointment supposed to be at 1005 am. I was done 2 hours later People who arrived later then we were inside earlier. It seems we were the last one attended even that our appointment was set up 2 months in advance They just dont care about babies I was waiting 1 hour to see doctor Chacon after 1 hour and 10 min came another doctor and they didnt even tell me about change. Our doctor never showed up. For 2 months follow up control I was waiting 45 min Office that chronically run very late has structural administrative problems. Really rude staffNebulizer mask for breathing treatment I supposed to get on Monday 25th Sep. Im calling this office everyday and on 28th Sep I dont have information yet Neither mask 10 days later I received the call I can get mask

People here are sweet but we had to wait in the room for 2 hours children crying super loud the nurse was very sweet though

If I could give them 10 starts I would I go to the gables office but I called the previous night and they gave me a next day appt for a Sunday in Doral They gave me this sheet explaining how theyre always open for help if needed 247 either tele-visit in person or to speak with a nurse on the phone. THISS is what every parent asks for I couldnt be any happier with the team. Many times accidents occur after hours and Ive been left having to go to the ER because my kids previous pediatrician was always unavailable. Switching to Pediatric associates is the best decision Ive ever made for my kids.

Im giving 4 only because our Dr. is the best and the hours of this place are very convenient but has been a hell of a journey to find her. Weve spend 6 months seeing every other doctor here trying to find the right one for our baby and none of them are worth your time and the risk of your babys health I dont know if is a matter of liability but theyre not doing their job as doctors they were really basic and we had to be asking medical questions at the point they thought we were doctors.. no were just really worry parents that can see you are not a good doctor. Maybe our expectations were too high like any good parent should be and we were about to leave until we happily and finally found Dr. Fierro. Shes an amazing professional she obviously know what shes talking about shes smart friendly secure she actually listen to your concerns without any rush shes the only one that has given a truly physical exam to our baby shes whats call a PEDIATRICIAN Pediatrics Associates shes your only good asset raise her salary take good care of her I dont know.. but dont ever lose her because youre gonna have to close your doors after her.
