Pediatric Associates - Coconut Creek

Since birth my daughter have been visiting this location for all her appointments and I as a mother must say the atmosphere is always welcoming and pleasant. They give such great interested in your child well being. Making sure they get the proper check up and guidance in the office and as well as guidance to follow at home. Anytime needing a on call at home appointment they always there to assist with my needs to help assist my daughter needs. My husband and I thank you so much for the great hospitality in welcoming us as parents. Continue doing the great customer service.

The doctors and nurses are superb. My son is always taken care off. But all of that is still barely worth it due to the unprofessional nature of their customer service and insurance people. You can never call and get any answer on the phone you might get a call back at best all bureaucratic hassle and difficult senseless rules to navigate. Cant call the office ever. Problems and confusion with insurance every time and the attitude is that this is the patients problems. Office workers overworked and underpaid small surprise they are rude and difficult. Pediatric associates is the result of doctors being dictated to by corporate money managers. This is not like the doctors us adults remember that our families dealt with when we were children. The doctors are not in charge just other employees following rules written to maximize profits. If you are looking for personal service or connection to your childs doctors this place is not for you.

Dr. Virdee is the greatest doctor known to mankind seriously. My daughter is special needsmedically complex. Dr. Virdee and his staff take such good care of her and always go above and beyond. Super grateful to have such a wonderful doctor and kind human.

As a new mom there are certain things I may not know but def this location is awesome and staff super friendly. Love the front staff also. They are very informative and friendly. Drs at this location also very concerned for the Patient and always puts them first

Ive been attending this office for two months now and I have not had any issues. Dr Verdi is amazing and explains well to any of my concerns. Office staff has been easy to deal with and I love how close it is to my home lol my baby girl is happy so far

Dr Ferder was amazing. It was our first visit but she listened to my concerns and took them seriously which is hard to find. You can tell how much she cares about her patients.

I love them as a company in whole. Im so glad they have many offices. Televisits. Online portal. Call center. Etc. I went to them as a child and now as a mom I wouldnt ever change companies with my kids. I currently see Dr. Gabriela Ferder. Shes quick. Explains it all. Takes your time with you and doesnt waste time. She may be quick but gets all your questions answered. Im new to her but Im looking forward to continuing with her. Office staff is friendly. Only thing Id say is front desk staff needs to smile more often. Remember you guys are the first and last face us patients see.

This was absolutely the BEST visit I have had at any of the Pediatrics Associates locations. I took my two girls in for their annual checkups we were in out in no time. Not sure if the day time Monday at 845am855am has anything to do with it. However this will be the time I go with moving forward. Overall the visit was great for a single full-time momemployee like myself.

I needed to get in asap as I had a newborn with specific requirements upon discharge from the hospital and its the day after Christmas. Was able to get am appointment the day of. Everything was efficient and the staff was friendly and kind. The doctor was also amazing. Very happy with our first ever appointment. It was very nice and enjoyable.

Recently moved to the area and all three of my kids needed a check up. They were quick to get us in very professional and helpful with the transition to a new office. The waiting room looked clean and more than enough room to have enough space between others.As for the visit all three of my kids had to get vaccinations. Theyre younger so its definitely tough to get them to sit through vaccinations for one let alone 3 all at once. They were incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted me as I have a baby who I was holding and helped me with the other 2. They were gentle and kind to my kids. They seen Dr. Oliva she was very nice and answered any and all questions I had. She was patient and helpful. She had explained everything we had discussed. She was informative and took her time with us.Our whole experience with this office and the staff was great. Definitely recommend bringing your LOs there.
