Pediatric Associates - Chapel Trail

We started visiting this office since my kids pediatrician move there Dr. Jonathan Camino. The office is always nice clean and the staff always friendly and willing to help. All the nurses are sweet and attentive very patient polite and friendly. We live in plantation and for us is worth the drive rather than waiting more than an hour in the plantation office even though there is another amazing doctor we love in that location. Its almost impossible to find an appointment with her in the chapel trail office is completely different wait times are much shorter and I find appointment with my kids doctor. Needles to say he is an amazing doctor smart kind and patient with my kids and myself which sometimes I admit I have a lot of questions and get nervous from time to time.

So far we have been seeing Dr. Rincn and shes been very nice and super knowledgeable answering all the question weve had and guiding us correctly as we are first time parents. We are very happy with how fast our visits have been and how clean and nice the facility is. Would definitely recommend this place.

Big fan The staff is always so kind and friendly. The nurses are sweet and understanding which is a huge plus for a new mom. And the doctors so far have been really informative and accepting of natural remedies to compliment their suggestions. Dr. Frontera is amazing and wonderful to meet with. The front desk staff are kind Jasmine Kim Universal and Janeli I believe are super professional and friendly. The nurses every single one of them deserve awards. I have never had a long wait time but I think if I did I would be ok because its not often you receive this form of customer service. Im glad to have them on my medical team.

This place is everything a doctors office should be Patient compassionate thorough. Dr. Villar and the staff by far exceeded my expectations and I feel that my 12-year old son is in excellent hands

Been to 3 different appointments with my new born and each time I am pleased with not only the ease of checking in and out but the staff is wonderful. Dr. Kalomiris is amazing sweet and gentle. Definitely would recommend this location and staff

I got recommended here by two friends however Jonathan did not provide what we expected to be a check-up for a 6 months old babynew patient. There is no space for informed consent in this office. As parents we expressed not interest in vaccines at the moment and he spent 40 minutes trying to persuade us and told us if we did not change our minds we couldnt receive services. After this conversation we noticed that he rushed through the appt which made us feel like if our opinionquestions as parents didnt matter. He told us a rash our baby had was eczema however we went for a second opinion somewhere else and were told something different. We felt very disappointed.

I love visiting the Chapel Trail location. Dr. Villar is one of the most kindest and patient medical professionals Ive ever encountered. My son is always comfortable around her and the visit is smooth and quick while informative. The friendly staff is also accommodating. I highly recommend Pediatric Associates especially this location

The doctors here are amazing and I dont want to take that away from them. However the service in this place has decreased dramatically over the last five years. I waited for two hours before my first meeting with the doctor. After running tests and labs I was there for over three hours. This wasnt a busy day its just how this office has become. There is something very wrong with the way the doctors are being scheduled creating an insanely long wait for people that arrive on time. The front office staff also looks incredibly overwhelmed and miserable. I dont understand whos managing this place and what theyre thinking. It just feels like typical cutting cost and all service goes out the door. In addition the people that have been outsourced to answer phone calls are also horrible and have no idea what theyre talking about. So sad that this used to be a nice place where I felt my kids health was actually valued. There must be a way to run a successful physician practice and not cut costs and do scheduling the way pediatric associates has. I used to come here whenever my kids were sick. Now I only come for annual visits and just go to urgent care when my kids need to see a doctor. Very sad especially since the doctors are top notch and actually seem to care its clear management does not.

It is a well-known fact that we absolutely LOVE our pediatrician Dr. Ann-Margaret Villar I am sure there are very good even great other PA doctors but Dr. Villar is such a friend to our family that she is really as family to us. We have been with her for just over 2 decades actually we thank God for the day we found her. Just a lovely person splendid doctor
