Pediatric Associates - Boynton West

The nurse practitioner Rachel was horrible and the person who took us before to the room. She was also not nice . Seems like she wasnt having a good day and we did a crime by take our kids to their office. She didnt even see us for 3mins but waited more the 45mins in the room for the nurse practitioner to see my child. If you dont see the patient on time for the appointment then why even bother making appointments. Why do we have to wait hours to see the doctor even after the appointment time over. Either honor the appointment time or allow walk ins so we dont complain about the time we waste to see someone only for few minutes.

The wait times are absolutely ridiculous Expect to be at your appointment for a minimum of 2 hours. 1 hour wait to get to exam room. 45 minutes when in exam room. See the doctor 15 minutes. This is on a good day. Otherwise the staff and physicians are kind and professional.

My wife and I just had our first baby and from visiting us at the hospital after the babys birth to follow up doctors visits we feel our son is very well cared for

UNFORTUNATELY Dr Cheng left he was awesome my child saw a female Dr no emphaty no anything I dont get why you are a pediatrician when you are so careless and dont seem to enjoy what you do

I had the great fortune of bringing to the Boynton Beach office my 6 week old grandchild for his first time visit to be seen by Dr Douglas Savino. This office surpassed my expectations due to the false reviews written regarding the physician and staff. Dr Savino is a knowledgeable and no nonsense physician who cuts straight to the point. Many may not care for his directness but this is a physician that knows his stuff and does not beat around the bush. The entire staff is courteous friendly and will certainly make you feel glad you choose this office as caregivers for your child.

I never write reviews but Ive had the worst experience here. Very unorganized do not have my daughters medical records in order cant get ahold of the medical records have the wrong information even after Ive corrected them. Will not be going back.

The nurse practitioner that came in was really concerned and extremely thorough over the areas I came in and showed true concern for my daughter. She went over and over and over the possibilities came to the conclusion they were related and asked for a second opinion. Communication and collaboration like that plus the professionalism of all your staff is why Ive been coming there with both my children for 15 years. Thank you

Doctor was nice but did not explain diagnosis and Im a NP so I think its very important to know what your child has especially since it seemed contagious. I had to ask. Plus they ordered stool samples and didnt tell me if I should refrigerate. I ended up bringing in 5 samples up all night collecting diarrhea all too find my order was cancelled and that one of the samples needed to be frozen. This is day 5 and still no one has called me back to tell me results. Ive called twice today. Dissatisfied with this process and disappointed.

Dr. Ahmed and NP Rachel Buitrago are so amazing. And the Nurses and Front desk staff are just as incredible. Thank you to all of you for taking such great care of my little one each and every visit

Ive been taking my daughter here for roughly 3 years now and they have I have yet to be disappointed. The nurses nurse Kimmy medical assistants and lab techs are amazing My daughter has the worst time with needles past traumafear and nurse Kimmy and her team are the only people my daughter is comfortable with. Visits are usually less than an hour in and out and all the staff are friendly. Dr. Ayesha Ahmed is amazingly attentive and detailed. Very happy to have found this pediatrician office.
