Pediatric Associates - Boynton East

We love our Dr and the office staff. Our issue is the call center that handles the phones. That call center is the absolute worst. They do not help at all. When dealing with sick children the last thing you need to deal with is horrible customer service and that is exactly what they provide. You would think such a large practice would care about how the patients are being handled. Again the Dr and office staff are great if only they handled the phones.

Dr. Jeanne Letsky and Julia APRN is the absolute best. Explains everything so well and allows me to express my concerns. The front desk ladies are TOP TIER quality customer service. I just love this staff and have recommended multiple friends and family to bring their children to this specific practice in Boynton Beach.

My las experience was fine. But when I ordered a refill for my childs ezcema medication the nurse called me and told me that I had to bring my child in for ANOTHER visit a wellness visit. I was just there for a sick visit. I was not going to bring her BACK 2 days later for a well visit. That is a sign of greed. Wanting me to pay another co-pay and charge my insurance when all they have to do is order the refill seeing that my child was just in the office for a visit.

I have been bring my daughter here since she was an infant. She is now 16. Very time the drs staff etc.. have been so nice understanding and explaining everything. Dr takes their time plus have always been right with everything from illness to recovery time just amazing. Best place ever to take your child to.

What an extremely disappointing experience at the new doctors office. The staffs selective politeness and Dr. Savinos rushed rude and careless demeanor were unacceptable. It was obvious he didnt care to have my children as patients or even be there at all. He even raised his voice at my son to get up after asking him to lie down to be checked instead of asking him politely to lift back up As a pediatrician I expected a friendlier atmosphere but sadly my children were noticeably uncomfortable. They were already nervous about seeing a new doctor and honestly I wish I had done more research on this doctor. Well definitely be switching doctors in search of a more caring and attentive healthcare provider. Just wanted to share my honest and deeply disappointed feedback.

My reason for the poor review of this office is due to the poor care from Douglas Savino and the breakdown of care that was received for my daughter. When my daughter was born she had some trouble gaining weight and Douglas Savino yelled at us in the office and continuously threatened us and told us that we had to start formula. We let him know that it wasnt a supply issue and we questioned him on how many ounces we should feed her. He just kept telling us to feed her until she puked and wouldnt give us an actual answer in the form of ounces. He just continuously threatened us and said that if she doesnt gain weight that something will be done about this. But he was not willing to elaborate on what the something was. I also questioned him because my daughter had an abnormal hip exam after she was born and he started off by saying you would have to be retarded. He then decided to backtrack and said that he is an excellent clinician and that nothing is wrong with my daughters hips. Also when he was doing an exam on my daughter she had a dried scab on her belly button as she was only around seven days old he made a sigh noise and said really and then ripped the scab off and she started to bleed and then cry. We should have said something but as a first time parent I was upset and I have never had an experience like this with a physician. I was just shocked at how he acted with us. At the end of our appointment a staff member popped their head in and asked Dr. Savino if he had time to see a sick child and he said that if they dont have an appointment he doesnt see them. My second reason for not visiting this office is the breakdown of care. My daughter had a hip ultrasound and it was found to be abnormal. I had called the office to attempt to get the results before I knew that myself. When you call the office you get some scheduling line and you cant actually speak to anyone in the office or anyone that has any clinical knowledge. So I had to call the hospital to get a print out of the results and have a friend interpret them for me. So I went ahead and saw a surgeon on my own for her hips. And indeed she did need treatment in her hips. I had one follow up appointment after this that was unrelated to the ultrasound and the clinician that I saw still did not go over the ultrasound results with me and still pretended like they didnt even exist. I overheard the clinician and the other staff in the hall discussing about how I went and saw a surgeon before the results were given to me. This appointment was over a month after the ultrasound was done and my baby was already in treatment with the orthopedic surgeons office for around three weeks at this point. This was the final straw for me with this office. They treat you just like a number. If you need anything other than routine vaccines I wouldnt recommend.

I love Pediatric Associates in general. Everyone in this office is really nice respectful. I never waited a long time before they call me.

We love Dr. Jeanne Letsky and all of the staff is so lovely The 3 offices we have been to East Boynton West Boynton and Boca are all clean and nice The portal is so easy and has everything I need all of my babys documents ability to book appointments pay bills etc.. Very easy to get an appointment office hours are terrific and the KidzDocNow app is fabulous for evenings weekends and holidays

Dr. Kuncewitch was very kind and pleasant. My Daughter was sick and her usual Dr was not in office I had to choose someone else and I am so glad I went with him. He was so patient with my daughter and showed compassion. We need more Dr. like him. He even swab my daughters nose for influenza usually they let the assistant or a nurse do that cause some of them think its a big deal or its not their Job. I was very impressed.

Our Sunday visit to this location was great. Facility was clean and staff was very friendly. The wait time was no more than 10 min into our appointment. Which was acceptable not our usual location. And doctor had to receive notes from the nurse and access our file Enjoyed his opening line to engage with the patient.
