Dr .Zeltzman staff are excellent as always . Our wait wasnt too long .Dr. Zeltzman is one of the best pediatricians ever .hes been with my family since my daughter was born 11 years ago

My daughter needed a referral to otolaryngology as soon as possible because she had a mononucleosis and the stuff made the appointment to otolaryngology only March 31 Its incredible What should I tell the otolaryngology after 2 months later

My daughter has been a patient for almost 5 years now since moving to Florida and all ofthe doctors have been amazing. I like the flexibility if one doctor is not available she can see another. I prefer to make my appts online than call a call center.

The lady in the lab area was so professional with my son. She had her staff assist knowing I couldnt hold my son since I am currently pregnant. During the time they had to give my son a needle. He felt safe with the nurses giving them a hug even after he cried. We will definitely reconsider informing our friends about this location.

We hve been to 2 Pediatric Associates offices so far. Everywhere the samePros- cleanliness- The doctors are good and professional.- check-in desk staff is considerate and helpfulCons- extremely long waiting time always and at all stages. First you wait at the front deak then at the second desk then to the doctor himself andor procedure. The processes are jurasic.1h of waiting is usual bare minimum.- most of the time while the check-in staff is great the second desk staff the one inside is super rude unprofessional low-level always with an attitude as if everyone owes them.Id rather pay more and not wait considering I always have an appointment or not experience rudeness rather tthan come here. If I had an alternative better place to go to Id opt for it.

Dr. Garsva was so amazing So happy to have her. She is kind and competent. She is providing me and my wife with all of the needed info and support we need for our child as first time parents.

All the staff are excellent the nurse is a sweetheart except for Dr. Fanny Gonzlez I think you should improve your way of expression when you are going to address a teenager and much more if you are going to be their doctor.. Maybe she had a bad day but with respect to my experience I would not recommend her the rest seemed very very good to me

First time at this location and not too happy with our experience at all.The receptionist was great but the lab technician who took our sons blood work seemed like she didnt want to be there. I honestly dont understand why some people apply to jobs that involve children if they have zero skills on how to interact with themTo make things worse the pediatrician we saw this time was so focused on vaccines that she completely forgot to discuss our sons blood results with us so we have no idea what they mean

Quick and courteous service.Ive noticed a shift in the doctor-patient relationship lately with doctors seeming less polite and less connected to their patients.This seems to compromise the prestige of the medical profession. Perhaps its reflective of the broader societal behavior where people are becoming increasingly disrespectful and less community-oriented.Those in academia and individuals with education bear the responsibility of setting an example in society. Its crucial for doctors not to be affected by the declining societal standards.I encourage them to uphold the good values and maintain the high standards of medical practice. Thank you.

Horrible wait time. Appointment was 830 I wasnt seen till 10 something.The PA seems to care more than the doctor I saw.The staff was very nice. But I wouldnt recommend this location. And if you do see a PA. They seem to care more for your child the doctors tend to treat them as a number.

We came for 2 oclock appointment. It is 306 pm already and the doctor hasnt seen my daughter yet Awful service
