I was trying to set up an appointment to see the doctor here the woman at the desk decided that while I was talking to her about how I didnt want to die she would just hang up the phone I will never go here again

They wasted my time.

Staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Doctor is amazing. Recommend to anyone.

Pam and Kim are a delight to deal with but that Rhonda lady woah what an awful person to have to deal with.

Wasnt a patient.. Needed to use WiFi.. Said. DOH GUEST. I POLITELY ASKED TWICE for the password but they went on to tell me its only for speakers... Speakers are not Guest... They are Webinars. I was a Guest and was Discriminated because I was on other side of windowEven MC Donalds gives FREE WIFI. It doesnt cost them for me to use and it is offered to you if you can get the password from the little people with power... That place sucks

My 94 yo mil has tried for 3 days to get her Covid results the phone number given to her kept saying it was out of service we even looked the number up and still out of service. This morning we get a recording that they are closed for the holiday and the operator said the on call dr that could see the results is emergency only.So she is sick and all the family that was with her that have no signs is missing work because it might be covid.Shes 94 could someone have called her with the results Oh thats right your phones were out of service for 3 days.

As a snowbird I was frantic to find a covid test site I was very pleased with the outdoor set-up at the Health department. The process was easy the staff was really nice helpful. I opted for the PCR test got results in 24hrs Thank you Highlands county health department

After being turned away from prompt care I went to here z nd was in and out quickly. Asked for a rapid test so I could get back to work. I was back at work in no time. Thank you all.

Have called and left at least 6 messages over the past 3 weeks and NEVER a return phone call. Very Disappointed.

Awesome staff all of them Very congenial and friendly. James Folkner NP definitely cares about your well being.
