Paul has been our sons educational advocate for 5 years. Prior to Paul the school district would always try to slip in cuts to services or recommend inadequate programs. The school district is all about austerity politics which is unfortunate as our kids deserve better. Paul knows the system and he is commanding presence to have on your side in an IEP meeting. He calls out the BS when he sees it in a professional way. His services are reasonably priced and well worth it.

Having Mr. Eisenberg in our corner as we navigate the school system with a child with Autism has been amazing. Mr. Eisenberg did more in a couple of weeks than I had accomplished on my own in a year. Having someone on your team that has a specific knowledge of the education code as well as an outstanding reputation as an Educational Advocate for children with special needs has proven invaluable for our family. I would strongly encourage any parent that is looking for an Advocate to reach out to Mr. Eisenberg.

We engaged Paul Eisenberg to represent us with our local school district. We saw our elementary school son falling behind in school year after year even after multiple meetings and conversations with his teachers and other school staff members. We were finally able to get an IEP set up and Paul provided valuable leadership of our case guidance and direction for all our IEP meetings interactions with the school and district on this matter and in every conversation between him and our family on how best to get our son the resources he needs to succeed. It is very unfortunate that these days it seems that parents need to know specific provisions of the law and present requests in specifically worded language for a school district to respond to a child in need. We found Paul to be thorough knowledgeable resourceful a solid advocate and able to get results.

Paul Eisenberg is a wonderful educational advocate to have in my sons corner. Without Pauls extensive knowledge of the California Public Schools and Special Education System in the State of California my autistic son would have ended up in the wrong program based on his needs. My son was facing an adversarial school administration and a staff psychologist who had absolutely no knowledge or understanding of autism in the modern day. The psychologist attempted to have my son labeled as Emotionally Disturbed and placed into a special education classroom with E.D. kids. Although my son is autistic he is extremely bright and interactive. He needed to be placed in a general education setting with a 11 aide to assist with his behavioral challenges. At the IEP two years ago Paul eloquently explained to the schools psychologist that they are not allowed to remove my sons medical diagnosis for autism and place him in the emotionally disturbed classroom. As a result of Pauls assistance I was able to get my son placed into the general education class with the 11 aide. My sons progress and development has flourished from being in this setting. He is now in first grade the second year with the aide. His math and reading skills are already two grades above the standards. He is now allowed to sit next to his classmates with the aide sitting across the room. His exposure to the general education class has been nothing but positive. I owe all of this to Paul. If you are having challenges with your school district talk to Paul before considering an attorney

I have worked with Paul for several years for a variety of children with unique needs all over the county. I have attended a lot of IEP meetings with Paul in my role as a private psychologist in which we have both been present to represent the same child. I have consistently seen him deliver solid measurable results for multiple children and families who have benefited greatly from having him as their advocate.

About 2 12 years ago we used Paul to work with our school district to find an RTC because of severe depression. He talked a good game. When it come to working for us I felt he was cutting corners in finding appropriat RTCs for our son. His recommended RTC referral had a population that was used by our county courts for hard core kids ordered for placement in Texas. I wasnt sure if he was working for the school district or us. We finally fired him after he refused to work with a RTC placement consultant that we found during the ordeal. Our son is doing well now and attending college. Paul was referred to us because people knew his name from the different school districts. I feel he did not work in the best interest of our son. I am glad we fired him.
