My son really connected with Dr Lyons said he is a great person to talk to and understands what hes going throughBut after his first visit he cant get an appointment with the Dr. for months out.His fu appointments have been with the NP who knows nothing about him or his recent med changes. She had no idea what plan Dr Lyon had for him and was lost with no creditable answers during his vistsMy son was told by Dr L. to call in and let them know if theres been any negative changes he calls repeatedly NO return phone callIf the office can not provide care to new patients Quit accepting them

Im going in to year number two of dealing with this office. Dr. Lyons and NP Esther Tang have been great to me and my neurological issues. Is it the perfect office No. But there has been a major cleanup and change of office management and things are much much better than when I first went. Dont rate the doctors as bad just because of the staff. Tell someone and changes will happen and they made changes. Im happy with them and Ive never been rushed through any appointment. Its been personal but professional each time.

Dr. Lyons and his staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. They make a point of forming a strong connection with patients and demonstrate that they are invested in their patients wellbeing. I especially appreciate the way that he and his PA Robert Fox take notes with pen and paper during appointments rather than spending the time typing away on a laptop or tablet. During appointments I feel heard and I feel like all my questions and concerns are addressed. Dr. Lyons is my second neurologist after I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2019. Progress with my first neurologist plateaued last spring and I knew that I needed to pursue a more specialized form of care which I found at Winchester Neurological Associates. Dr. Lyons was able to recommend new strategies and steps to further my progress in combatting the many issues that come with epilepsy. I am very happy to be one of his patients.

This place is just like any other Doctor Office all they want to do is rush you in and rush you out to get their money. Had an appointment for my son Dr Lyons began the appointment by asking if we had any questions we had testing done elsewhere and the reports had been sent to Dr Lyons I could tell that today was the first time he had taken a look at the reports. After all Dr Lyons was the one who ordered the outside testing Poor excuse for a doctor that is supposed to care and offer neurological advice. Dont get me started about the front office they are a poor excuse and more often than not they dont have it together. Will not return. Looks like its time to drive to drive outside of Winchester for a professional experience

The staff and doctors are rude and unfriendly. They have cancelled appointments on me numerous times without notice. I show up and am treated like Im stupid for not knowing it was cancelled. Avoid this place if at all possible

Most poorly ran Dr. Office that I have ever seen. I am speachless on how front desk is allowed to speak to there patients. 10 times in 1 yr I have showed up with apt card in hand with correct time and date and have been told your not on the schedule we will not be able to see your child today.

Office staff RUDE and incompetent from the front back and management. My husband and I were on our way to an appt 1.5 hours away when I called to confirm the time and was told that all appts were cancelled. After trying to figure out what seemed to be the issue for weeks we finally had no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere and assumed that because my husband was not willing to have BRAIN surgery he must not have been important enough for Dr. Lyons to treat him. Guess my husband was just another number on his operating table. Be careful wolf in sheep clothing for sure.
