WHERE IS MY PAPERWORKThe secretaries made me repeat my childs DOB 5 times even though i already verified it with them. I guess its funny to be unprofessional and play power trip games.

The staff nurses and health aides were pros never saw the doc seems like a training facility the receptionist like to play delaying games and took their time with my paperwork for my boys physical for school.

Doctors are good but they are overshadowed by the terrible incompetent condescending gaslighting and misery filled receptionist. Who ever is the hiring manager should be fired for hiring trash and is responsible for running a low tier business. The doctors should have more respect for their practice and assure the administration matches.

Extremely satisfied. After going to different pediatric doctors.. I must say this place was the best. The visit was great do to very short wait time new style of hearingeye sight testing the nurse who took my daughters blood was quick and compassionate. Also the doctor was professional the blood results were available online in less than 24 hours. If you need an almost stress free doctor for your child I would definitely recommend this office.

My family had been coming here for years. One of the best nurse practitioner that Ive dealt with is Vanessa. Was able to treat my child and actually was able to have my child drink more water. The talent to deal with children is great and I would not go anywhere else. Great job Vanessa M.

Doctor Chui is one of the best doctors I never had any problems. Me and my family have been going here for years and I never had a problem the rooms are clean and the service is really good.

Excellent doctors cafe for patients at all times. The office is very clean and beautiful. The staff are also very nice.

I had 3 ingrown nails removed at a different clinic but since they were fully booked I went to Passaic Podiatry for an emergency appointment. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience and ended up being more expensive than the previous clinic. Even after two weeks following the procedure my toe is still swollen and infected. The staff doesnt seem concerned about the complications despite paying for their services. They are asking me to pay an additional 150 just to see the doctor again and then I would have to pay yet again for another nail removal procedure. This has been both a waste of time and money.

The doctors are great their the nurses are very nice as well they speak English and Spanish another plus very clean they have more then one doctor on their staff they also have 2 locations in Passaic they are very quick most of the time but sometimes they get backed up because they have so many patients its definitely worth the wait though so check them out at both of their locations in Passaic one on Gregory Ave and the other one buy city hall cant miss it

Dr. Fererra is great. Always has a positive attitude and great sense of humor. He is also gentle with my baby and the staff as well are quite helpful and have a great attitude always. Its a great experience all around.
