Parent Network of WNY

As a parent one of the worst feelings is helplessness. I reached this point recently with my daughters school district. I knew what was best for my daughter and I had her doctors backing. The school district was refusing to provide the services she needed. Parent Network of WNY helped me more than I ever expected. From the very first call I made to them they listened and took me seriously. They sprang into action and helped me formula at plan. They set me up with the appropriate state agencies to speak with. Within a week of speaking to them my problem was solved and my daughter was receiving the services I knew she deserved. I am so thankful for the Parent Network of WNY for helping me when I needed it the most

Very welcoming and professional. Staff really enjoy help families with in the community. I dont know where me and my family would be today if it wasnt for the helpful awesome staff there

The ppl at parent network were amazing knowledgeable and connected us with services. Unfortunately in ny state you screw yourself by working because the only ppl ny state helps are the ppl working the system They are denying children access to programs not because they dont qualify but because they are scaling services back so our tax dollars can be redirected to heaven only knows where And Cuomo has the audacity to blame the exodus on the weather The leadership in ny state are pirates and taxpayers are being pillaged thats why ppl are leaving

Was not comfortable with their methods. Wasnt sent there by the courts went voluntarily. Datextbook theory or method doesnt work for every child. Needed a counselor who had kids or someone in their family had experienced what Im experiencing. Dont need a counselor who dont have kids Nor a clue and think textbook methods work on every kid. Also need to counselor whos going to listen to the parent. And not assume that they know my African-American child

Amazingly helpful very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question or direct you and connect you to someone that can meet your needs.

Took a parenting class seemed a bit too easy instructor meant well but was not in control of class. Didnt enforce rules expecially when parents were behaving like children.
