Dr. Diaz-Quintana has been practicing in the field of psychology since 2001. She has worked with clients of all ages in various settings. She has primarily focused on psychological evaluations. Her office offers all types of evaluations: psychoeducational, intellectual disability, gifted, learning disability, ADHD/ADD, emotional/behavioral disorders, & autism. She has a team of bilingual professionals with extensive experience in assessment & evaluation, including Dr. Castro, a specialist with 15yrs experience in early childhood developmental evaluation, including ruling out autism spectrum disorders, in youths 18mths-10yrs old. We use the latest technology & best practices in all of our evaluations. For example, many assessments, including IQ testing, are administered via iPad. This is more efficient & engaging for the client, especially for youths. We also obtain input from teachers via secured online administered questionnaires & do onsite observations when deemed appropriate. Our office was designed to provide the best testing environment possible. Our rooms are equipped for assessing youths 18mths and up. Testing rooms are free of noise and distractions. We do not take shortcuts in our evaluations! We are always ready to meet the needs of our clients. We see clients by appointment only and we try to accommodate your schedule.
