Bright IDEAs Advocacy exists to advocate for children with disabilities or learning differences and to empower parents to become effective advocates for their child(ren). We offer coaching, IEP attendance, and more! I am the mother of 3 neurodiverse children. As many parents have experienced, I have had numerous challenges obtaining appropriate services and accommodations for my children, in multiple school districts. Having formerly worked within the public school system, I have the advantage of understanding how school districts function as it pertains to Special Education. I have completed the Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy training. I was formerly employed by an attorney who specializes in IDEA as well. I have successfully assisted numerous families in advocating for their child's unique needs while helping to build bridges to allow parents and educators to communicate more effectively.
